Ned Ryun said the philosophy of an administrative state is to “believe the state is salvation.” He made the comments on a recent episode of The Greatness Conversation.

“Why does our federal government, and even our state government, why does it just continue to grow and grow and grow?” Ryun said on a recent episode of The Greatness Conversation. “Well, it’s in the DNA. It’s in the DNA of an administrative state governing philosophy because they believe the state is salvation.”

“And if the state is salvation, you should never limit salvation, it should actually be in every aspect of your life,” said Ryun.

Ryun spoke on the podcast about his new book American Leviathan, the use of comedy to discuss progressive wokeness, and what the future holds for younger generations.

American Leviathan can be found on the Encounter Books website and details the rise of Progressive Statism and an administrative state that led to the current state of the government in the 21st century.
