Verdict: False
The image has been digitally fabricated, a CNN spokesperson told Check Your Fact via email.
Fact Check:
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Trump’s brain is “deteriorating” while on MSNBC and referred to Trump discussing his fear of sharks, according to Fox News. Karoline Leavitt, a member of Trump’s campaign, responded to this by saying Pelosi herself is “the only thing deteriorating” and accused her of destroying San Francisco, the outlet reported.
An image allegedly shows a poll aired by CNN tracking the presidential election results in Texas. It shows Trump with 45.7% of the vote and Harris with 51.8% of the vote.
“Texas voting systems are vulnerable due to passwords leaked,” the post’s caption reads. “Make sense why CNN ‘accidentally’ aired this.”
CNN did not air this, however. “This image is completely fabricated and manipulated; and it never aired on any CNN platform,” a CNN spokesperson told Check Your Fact via email.
The verified account for CNN Communications made a post addressing the claim, conveying a similar message. “This image is completely fabricated and manipulated and it never aired on any CNN platform,” it reads.
