Rep. Paul Gosar of Arizona proposed H.R. 9828, the End the Vaccine Carveout Act, on September 25, 2024.

Gosar told the press about the plan in a written statement. The law would allow companies that make vaccines open to lawsuits.

According to Gosar, this legal shield lets drug companies make billions of dollars while preventing tens of thousands of people from getting justice and paying for injuries caused by vaccines.

Politicians at the government level and Big Pharma say that vaccines are safe, but there isn’t much scientific evidence to support this. In 2012, the Institute of Medicine released a study of 12 thousand scientific papers. It found that 98% of the injuries they looked at were either caused by or may have been caused by a vaccine. Another government study found that vaccines hurt 10% of people, but only 1% of those cases are recorded. This means that the number of people hurt by vaccines is much higher than it really is.

The congressman from Arizona brought up the number of deaths linked to the Wuhan virus vaccines:

“Also, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that a COVID-19 vaccine has killed nearly 20,000 Americans so far. That’s one death for every 14,000 people who got the vaccine, which is a lot more than the usual one in a million deaths linked to dangerous vaccines.”

According to Gosar, government officials, experts, and people working in the pharmaceutical industry have formed unholy alliances to get these medicines to people quickly:

“The government officials and scientists who are in charge of approving vaccines are cozy with Big Pharma. They often own pharmaceutical stocks, work as consultants, and get lavish contracts from drug companies that force them to produce results that are in line with federal law.”

“Even worse, a lot of scientists and researchers who work for the government get patents for vaccines that are accepted by the bodies they work for. This is called a conflict of interest, and it makes people question how fair their choices are.”In a concluding section, Gosar pointed to a law passed in 1986 that shields vaccine makers from liability for injuries the vaccines cause and how this bill would do away with these protections.”
