The New York Justice’s already weak ‘hush money’ case against President Trump just got weaker.
Judge Juan Merchan has delayed the September 18th sentencing until AFTER the election, moving it to November 26th.
Check out the clip below about how Merchan got himself between a rock-and-a-hard place with regards to the timing of Trump’s sentencing:

And it’s might not just be a delay. With Trump already immun e from prosecution on 80% of the evidence which was incorrectly used against him, this postponment might be the next step to the case being thrown out altogther.
So it seems, President Trump may not be a convicted felon after all 😱
The POS Judge Merchan and the bullshit New York InJustice system may have met their match – and his name is Donald J Trump – who’s now immune from prosecution on 80% of the evidence that was incorrectly used… pic.twitter.com/mbrrurcM28

Fox News reports:
Judge Juan Merchan decided to postpone former President Trump’s sentencing in New York v. Trump until after the November presidential election.
Trump’s sentencing date is now scheduled for Nov. 26. The original date was set for Sept. 18.
“There should be no sentencing in the Manhattan DA’s Election Interference Witch Hunt. As mandated by the United States Supreme Court, this case, along with all of the other Harris-Biden Hoaxes, should be dismissed,” Steven Cheung, Trump campaign spokesperson told Fox News Digital.
Trump was found guilty in an unprecedented criminal trial on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, following a six-week trial stemming from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation.
Trump’s initial sentencing was set for July 11 — just days before the Republican National Convention, where he was set to be formally nominated as the 2024 GOP presidential nominee, but Judge Juan Merchan agreed to delay that until Sept. 18.
Trump lawyers then requested his sentencing be delayed until after the November presidential election, citing “naked election-interference objectives.”
Trump has appealed the verdict, after pleading not guilty to all charges. Trump attorney Todd Blanche said the verdict should be overturned based on the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity.
Blanche also pointed to Merchan’s daughter’s work at Authentic Campaigns, which represents top Democratic candidates.
So between the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity (the court ruled 6-3 back in July that a former President has substantial immunity from prosecution for offical acts in office) PLUS…
…Merchan realizing a September 18th ruling would put him in President Trump’s cross-hairs for “naked election-interference objectives”, you can see why the NYC judge delayed until after the election.
But also note Blanch pointing out Merchan’s daughter’s work for top Democratic candidates:
Crooked Judge Merchan has delayed Trump’s sentencing to November 26th.
This case should be dismissed and with prejudice. There was never a case to begin with, not to mention that Merchan’s daughter has been profiting from it. pic.twitter.com/MKF62RlS4b

In fact Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) just filed an ethics complaint against Judge Merchan over a conflict of interest regarding his daughter’s work (Loren Merchan) for the Kamala Harris campaign!
Per New York Post:
Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) filed another ethics complaint against Judge Juan Merchan on Friday, accusing the acting Manhattan Supreme Court justice of a conflict of interest due to his daughter’s recent work for the Kamala Harris campaign.
Stefanik asked the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct to launch “a fresh inquiry” into a $468 payment from the Harris camp to Loren Merchan’s digital political consulting and marketing firm, Authentic Campaigns.
The transaction took place July 30, days after the suspension of President Biden’s re-election effort, and was “one of the very first things that Harris did upon taking over the Biden campaign infrastructure,” Stefanik said in the letter, which was first reported by NBC News.
As a result, the House Republican conference chairwoman argued the judge — who had been set to sentence former President Donald Trump in his “hush money” case on Sept. 18 — must recuse himself from the case.
“The Code of Conduct, specifically § 100.3(E)(1)(d)(iii), dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case,” Stefanik added. “Ms. Merchan is related to Justice Merchan in the first degree.”
Wow, the judge presiding over a criminal case which could have incredibly severe consequences for both President Trump and the country, happens to have a daughter doing consulting work for Trump’s chief political adversary!
