Appeals Court OKs Florida Trans Youth ‘Care’ Ban

A federal appeals court on Monday gave the green light to Florida to begin implementing its ban on transgender medical “treatment” for children. By a 2-1 decision, the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta overturned a June ruling by US District Judge Robert Hinkle that prevented the law from going into effect.
