Jimmy Carter has the cold comfort of being fortunate to have lived long enough to see someone eclipse him as the most incompetent President in living memory.

Joe’s got hostage crises, inflation. Homelessness. Crime waves. Corruption. Global conflict. The border. On and on, the issues go… and most of them traced back, at least in part, to his own damn policy decisions.

But now that Nancy has successfully strongarmed him out of his re-election, he’s shown he could be bullied into putting party before personality. That ‘loyalty’ will be the foundation stone on which the rehabilitation of his legacy (read: revisionist history) will be established by the fawning media.

Here she is on the Sunday shows telling the world that Joe belongs on Mount Rushmore.

Mr. Mediocrity belongs on … Mount Rushmore…? A little early be getting into the sauce, isn’t it Nancy?

Now that Joe has fallen in line and is doing the party’s bidding, she’s signaling to the press that he’s to be hailed as a hero, and his ‘legacy’ to be treated accordingly.

Like good soldiers, the leftwing press has heard and acted on her signal.

‘MAGA rages’ the headline said. No, that’s not rage, it’s the sound of the right belly-laughing at clowns.

But, seriously, Rushmore…? Isn’t that laying it on a little thick… even for her? If she thinks Joe Biden ‘belongs on Rushmore’ and Obama doesn’t…

Don’t the rules of her own party insist that she’s now officially a racist because of an oversight like that? Or does she Genuinely believe Joe Biden is a better President than Obama?

If you don’t like those rules, Nancy, you shouldn’t enforce them on others.
