Turns out subway madman Jordan Neely was alive after Daniel Penny released his chokehold — why on earth is the broader public just learning this now?

Bombshell video played in the opening days of Penny’s trial (already being protested by BLM lunatics) shows two of the cops who arrived on the scene confirming that Neely still has a pulse. 

Penny has been portrayed by leftist activists and their media allies as a cold-blooded racist killer. 

This footage dramatically undercuts that (though the detail about Neely’s faint pulse has appeared in court filings). 

Couldn’t be it was soft-pedaled till now in order to try and get the wider public aligned with the race hustlers screaming for Penny’s head. 

Because if it had been more widely known, we suspect there might have been a much greater outcry over the way Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office handled this case.

After all, Bragg is famously pro-crime, even violent crime. 

So why on earth would he come down so hard on Penny?

The ugliest answer here is almost certainly the truest: Penny is white and Neely is black, and the central idea that animates woke DAs like Bragg (and the leftist legislators who’ve utterly eroded our criminal justice system) is that black people are dying in an epidemic of white violence. 

That it’s not remotely true has never stopped the left.

Less than a month after Neely’s death, recall, subway crazy Devictor Ouedraogo was killed under incredibly similar circumstances by Jordan Williams.

Where were the screams of “Justice for Devictor”? The subway-blocking protests?

Nary a voice was heard: Both the dead man and his killer were black.

If convicted, Penny could face up to 15 years in prison. 

Meanwhile, everyone in Manhattan is on notice that justice isn’t blind as long as Alvin Bragg holds the DA’s Office.
