In yet another one of her great moments, current podcaster and former Fox News Channel personality Megyn Kelly tore woke “Real Time” host Bill Maher to shreds, forcing the leftist host to, at least when arguing with her, abandon his own talking points during a discussion on the disastrous situation at the US-Mexico border.

The spat began when Kelly noted that President Joe Biden, upon becoming president, did exactly what the left wanted him to do and rescinded dozens of the highly effective, conservatives contend, Trump Administration executive orders regarding the border and keeping illegal immigrants out of the United States.

Maher, admitting that the Biden-Harris Administration “f**ed up” the border issue as Kelly commented on the disastrous decision that has led to more than 10 million illegal aliens flooding the country since the Biden-Harris Administration acceded to power in 2021, attempted to move the conversation January 6 and Trump’s rhetoric.

Kelly, to her great credit, wasn’t having it and forced the woke host to stay on track with what is actually important about the present situation in America. Firing back at him for attempting to push the conversation away from the border disaster and toward something meant to make Trump look bad, she snapped, “I don’t care about that at all.”

Maher, incredulous at Kelly’s revent response, asked why she doesn’t care about the January 6 incident or Trump’s rhetoric as compared against the border. Responding, she began by telling him, “Because they’ve been saying that about Trump for years. They’ve been saying that about Republican candidates for years. It goes, it has like a long story to it.”

She continued, further explaining her hostility to that sort of thinking, If you are at all center or center-right, you are used to having your candidate of choice completely demonized. Whether it’s the F word, the R word, the misogynist word. They tried to tell us Mitt Romney was a raging sexist because of binders full of women.”

She then said, further building on that point about leftist claims about Republican rhetoric, “They tried to tell us John McCain was a raging racist, notwithstanding the fact that he had adopted a daughter from Bangladesh. They’ve been doing this for every Republican. They get to Trump, and we no longer are listening to them.”

And, returning to Trump’s policies, she noted that, whatever his rhetoric, everything was far better off when he was in charge. She said, “Trump has incendiary rhetoric, there’s no question, but we have four years to judge him by, and the country was going pretty well when Trump was in there, unlike the four years we’ve had under these two.” Watch her here:

Later on, Kelly shut down Maher again, silencing him on his own show. That was when the issue of transgenderism and “gender affirming care” for kids came up. Kelly said, in part,“Kids who are suffering from bullying, or who have been sexually assaulted or who are going through normal puberty and feel uncomfortable in their bodies will say to their parents, ‘I’m not sure, maybe I’m gender confused.’ They will send them into a psychiatrist or psychologist who are told by our organizations, the American Psychiatry Association, all the others that run their licensing, you must affirm.”

She continued, “Affirm is the only standard. And so the child gets told, you’re right, you are secretly a boy or vice versa. And the child gets put on puberty blockers and across sex hormones which sterilize a child and deprive the child of any chance of sexual pleasure for the rest of his or her life. We’re talking about 9, 10, 11 year olds who cannot give informed consent. Then they have body parts chopped off by a medical establishment and by parents who mean well but believe in these doctors and they shouldn’t.”
