Happy Monday!
We are eight days out from Election Day, and the joke’s on the Democrats. After Kamala Harris and friends spent the last week calling Trump “Hitler,” Adolf Hitler just voted for Harris in Pennsylvania.
Sure, he’s dead and a noncitizen. But when has that ever stopped corrupt politicians from counting votes from people like him?
Where Does the Polling Stand?
According to weekend polls from CNN, The New York Times, Emerson and TIPP, the race for the White House is tied.
However, that’s bad news for Harris. Trump in both 2016 and 2020 was never tied or ahead in the Real Clear Politics average.

As The Stream’s Jay Richards reposted on X, the numbers in the swing states today compared to four and eight years ago also spell trouble for Harris.
The current poll averages is the swing states has to be causing gastrointestinal problems among the Dems. Compare these numbers to the numbers from four years ago. pic.twitter.com/t0zhGhohOP

Trump Does Rogan and Plays MSG While Harris Brings on Beyonce, Who Doesn’t Perform
Last night, Donald Trump played to a packed Madison Square Garden with a guest lineup that included Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and Tulsi Gabbard. None performed musically.
Then again, neither did Beyonce at Harris’s rally in Houston Friday night, although the Harris campaign and many of its media surrogates had said she would.
Why did @KamalaHarris @IanSams @NBCNews @HuffPost @USATODAY @VanityFair and countless others tell us we were getting a performance last night in Houston? What went wrong? pic.twitter.com/YGRd7HvhGz

Man. Candidates usually wait until after an election to break their promises. Seriously, how dishonest — and frankly, pathetic — is it that Harris would lie to her own supporters to draw them to a campaign event? As they say in Texas, she’s all hat and no cattle.
Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton and other Harris surrogates accused Trump of holding a rally at Madison Square Garden as an homage to an infamous 1939 Nazi Party rally at the venue.
Clinton is just jealous that Trump sold the place out. And Biden? It’s hysterical to hear him comparing Trump to Hitler, when he’s the one who has spent his final campaign in a bunker.
Meanwhile, Harris surrogates continue to prove to be more of a hindrance than a help. The other day, she invited several abortionists dressed in lab coats to wax poetic about killing the unborn. There was a medical emergency in the crowd. Not a single one of those “doctors” lifted a bloody finger to help.
This is the Kamala campaign in a nutshell.
She brought up all these doctors to say how much they love and support abortion.
Someone in the crowd had a medical emergency and called for medics.
Not one of the abortion doctors helped them.
Spot on.

Trump’s three-hour interview with podcaster Joe Rogan garnered 20 million views on YouTube in the first 24 hours after it was posted. Rogan is still hoping Harris will agree to sit for a similar conversation. We think there’s a fat chance of that.
Another moment that had to give the Harris camp agita: watching Arab and Muslim leaders in Michigan endorse Trump on Saturday. The leaders expressed their belief that Trump has a better chance of bringing peace to the Middle East, whereas a Harris presidency would lead to more war. Harris’s embrace of Liz and Dick Cheney is clearly backfiring.
Can we pause at this point to chuckle over the irony of Liz Cheney perhaps helping deliver Michigan and the election to Donald Trump?
With her fortunes in trouble in Michigan, it’s no wonder Harris hit the Trak House Bar and Grille with Gov. Gretchen Whitmer afterward.

In a truly bizarre bit of business, Harris acted as if she didn’t know reporters were recording her conversation with Whitmer. “(BLEEP),” she said. “I didn’t know microphones were here.” In other words, she’s doing a cameo in a public bar 10 days before the election and doesn’t think everything she says is being recorded? If that’s actually true, it boggles the mind.
Meanwhile, this is an actual post on X from Donald Trump Saturday night. Man, if he delivers on that promise ….

The Los Angeles Times and Washington Post Refuse to Endorse Harris
The Washington Post and Los Angeles Times both are refusing to endorse Kamala Harris. Those two papers not endorsing a Democrat presidential candidate is like Chris Christie not endorsing cake. The decision by both has caused much weeping and whining among liberal staffers and readers. The Post’s Editor-at-Large Robert Kagan has actually resigned over the decision.
The Post said the paper wanted to return to its roots of not endorsing candidates. (The Post hadn’t endorsed candidates until Jimmy Carter in 1976.) Are you buying that? They’re saying that now? Less than two weeks from the election, rather than deliberating over and publicizing before the campaign season got underway?
Semafor reports that within the first 24 hours of the non-endorsement was announced 2,000 WaPo readers cancelled their subscriptions.
As for the L.A. Times, what does it say when the biggest newspaper in Harris’s home state — and a liberal paper at that — is refusing to give her a thumb’s up?
An Election in the Courts
Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals: No Counting Ballots That Arrive After Election Day
Mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day cannot be counted, the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Friday. “Federal law requires voters to take timely steps to vote by Election Day,” the court declared, “and federal law does not permit the State of Mississippi to extend the period of voting by one day, five days, or 100 days. The State’s contrary law is preempted.”
Unfortunately, the decision only applies to Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, and is too late to apply to this election. But regardless, as GOP Chairman Michael Whatley said, the decision “is a seismic win for fair, accurate, secure, and transparent elections.”
Ten states allow ballots to be counted up to seven days after the election as long as they are postmarked by Election Day.
(Remember: In 2020, whistleblowers in Pennsylvania alleged the post office back-dated mail-in ballots that arrived after Election Day.)
Federal Judge Orders Virginia to Place Non-Citizens Back on Voter Rolls … Va. Now Appealing to Supreme Court
Virginia removed 1,600 self-identified noncitizens from its voter rolls in recent months. However, a federal judge appointed by the Biden-Harris administration ruled Friday that the commonwealth has to put them back on. “It’s astounding to me that this could possibly happen,” Gov. Glenn Youngkin said. The Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Virginia’s appeal, but Sunday night, Virginia announced it is appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Democrats have reason to try to game the system with ineligible voters in Old Dominion. New polling from QuantusInsights shows Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are now in a virtual dead heat in Virginia. Kamala Harris is at 48.9%, Trump at 47.8%.
Trump is also within the margin of error in New Hampshire. An Emerson College Polling/WHDH survey published Friday put the race at 50%-47% for Harris.
I’ve mentioned it before, and double-checked Sunday morning. There is no polling in New Jersey currently for the presidential race. The last poll was taken before the first presidential debate between Biden and Trump, with Trump projected to win the Garden State by one point. Is there any reason to believe Harris will do better in New Jersey than Biden? I’ve been all over New Jersey the past several weeks. If yard signs and displays are any indication, the state is at least a toss-up.
And don’t think Trump doesn’t know his Madison Square Garden rally will get saturation coverage in northern New Jersey from New York stations.
