When former President Donald Trump visited McDonald’s, it was a huge success and, I would say, a double triumph for the right. However, that achievement might be overshadowed by the news on that Trump will now be featured on Joe Rogan’s wildly successful podcast on Friday.

According to a report by Reuters last week, Kamala Harris “could sit down for an interview with Joe Rogan, whose watchers lean heavily towards young males, as she works to push support with males.” However, no interview has been confirmed.

“According to two people with knowledge of the situation, Harris team members met with Rogan’s team this week during the last stages of the U.S. presidential campaign, but an appearance has not yet been finalized. Tens of millions of people are fans of Rogan, the host of the top podcast in the US, and they are loyal and desirable. In an effort to increase support among male voters, particularly Black males, Harris will use the interview to present her case to his supporters. Donald Trump, the Republican nominee, may do better among young men of all races, according to a number of public polls.

Given that Kamala Harris prefers carefully regulated interviews with empathetic hosts, it is quite unlikely that she would ever be included on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Her awful Fox News interview with Bret Baier just last week stoked rumors that she would not take chances on a Rogan appearance at this stage of the contest.

Really, does anyone think Kamala and Rogan could have a long, meaningful conversation? Furthermore, Kamala’s attempt to follow suit would probably come across as desperate, much like how she would suddenly appear foolish conducting a McDonald’s photo op, given that Trump has already confirmed his interview with Rogan.

These podcast interviews are among Rogan’s best media appearances, in my opinion, and I don’t see Kamala doing her own interview with him. He will probably have a significant victory going into the last week of the campaign.
