The mainstream media has been calling concerns over fluoride “conspiracy theories” for years.

Now Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is wading into the topic saying that he’ll have it removed from drinking water.

But a federal Judge just made a ruling that fully exposed the ruling class’ lies about this major “conspiracy theory.”

Fluoride has a long history of concerns

According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), researchers started considering the preventative benefits of fluoride in the early 1900s.

In the 1940s, the research took off when the Michigan Department of Health agreed to the first major study on adding fluoride to drinking water in the city of Grand Rapids.

The study sought to prove that the presence of fluoride in the water would help prevent tooth decay in the population.

A little over 10 years later, researchers found that cavities amongst children “dropped more than 60%.”

“Today, just about every toothpaste on the market contains fluoride. . . [and] water fluoridation projects currently benefit over 200 million Americans,” the NIH notes.

Some people are concerned about fluoride and it has been subject to an immense amount of criticism in recent years.

But the mainstream media has painted fluoride skeptics as “conspiracy theorists” for decades.

In 2013, Slate published an article entitled “Does Fluoride Make Your Kids Dumb? Don’t trust the influential doctor who says yes.”

The article focused on Dr. Joseph Mercola and attacked him for citing studies that indicated fluoridated water has a severely detrimental effect on the IQs of children and pregnant women.

Now, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has joined the Trump team in order to Make America Healthy Again.

And he is coming for the fluoride.

RFK Jr.: We’re going to get the fluoride out of the water

RFK Jr. spent much of his time during his Presidential campaign warning Americans of the thousands of harmful chemicals corporations have injected into products we consume every day with the full support of the ruling-class elites.

Earlier this year, he turned his focus to fluoride, pointing out that “the data supports a consistent inverse association between fluoride exposure and children’s IQ.”

Kennedy cited a “meta-analysis” covering 55 studies that “revealed a decrease in children’s IQ with an increase in fluoride.”

Even worse, he claimed to have “internal emails discovered through FOIA” that showed the information “was hidden from the public by Assistant Health Sec. Rachel Levine.”

Kennedy vowed to bring this information to light as part of his “plan to end the chronic disease and the mental health crisis in America.”

Now, Kennedy appears to be ready to put his plan into action in the next Trump administration.

Speaking at a campaign event for Trump, Kennedy promised that on day one he would declare a “chronic disease emergency.”

“We’re going to get the fluoride out of the water and the chemicals out of our food,” he vowed.

But a federal judge might beat him to the punch.

Judge rules on “unreasonable risk” ordering EPA to take action

U.S. District Judge Edward Chen shocked America this week when he ruled that fluoride levels in public drinking water could create “an unreasonable risk” to the IQs of children.

The historic ruling came after a case was brought by a nonprofit organization, Food & Water Watch, against the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The group has been fighting alongside the Fluoride Action Network for nearly a decade.

Judge Chen wrote that “there is substantial and scientifically credible evidence establishing that fluoride poses a risk to human health.”

“It is associated with a reduction in the IQ of children and is hazardous at dosages alarmingly close to the fluoride levels present in U.S. drinking water,” he added.

Fluoride is currently present in the water flowing to more than 200 million homes in the U.S. This represents nearly 75 percent of the entire American population.

The EPA will now be forced to review the risks and consider new regulations on the chemical compound.

“The EPA is afforded in the first instance the authority to respond; regulatory actions can range from requiring a mere warning label to banning the chemical,” Chen said.

“One thing the EPA cannot do, however, in the face of this Court’s finding, is ignore that risk,” he added.
