He finally came clean about his makeover from morbid obesity, but won’t give up the details as to how he did it.

Popular heavyweight YouTuber Nikocado Avocado, known for his “mukbanging” videos of him gorging on large amounts of food, fooled fans for two years by posting pre-recorded clips — hiding his secret slimmed-down self.

The bloated Las Vegas-based internet sensation, whose real name is Nicholas Perry, talked to The Post by email about the reaction to his recent video confession — but wouldn’t say how he got rid of the girth.

The Ukrainian native had dropped a staggering 250 pounds behind the scenes, which he finally revealed in a video on Sept. 6.

“Today, I woke up from a very long dream and I also woke up from having lost 250 pounds off of my body. Yet, just yesterday, people were calling me fat and sick and boring and irrelevant. People are the most messed up creatures on the entire planet,” the 32-year-old said in the video, which has drawn close to 40 million views.

Perry, who boasts more than 4 million subscribers, claims he went from 411 pounds to his current weight of 158.

He said his videos are getting mixed reviews.

“For starters, some cannot tell when I’m playing a part or when I’m being authentic. As an actor, this is the most rewarding,” said Perry.

“Those who could not tell I was acting would write me off as a creepy, self-centered liar.”

He was happy to report that for the most part, his fans have been “very loving and kind.”

“The vast majority of people seemed to have enjoyed the video and are thrilled to see me in a healthier state,” he said.

Gut health expert and author of “The Gut Revolution,” Christine Bishara told The Post he may have used medication such as Ozempic

“It’s possible that he lost weight using an injectable form of semaglutide or similar medications which work on GLP-1 receptors,” she said.

“These medications work by activating these receptors which help control appetite and decrease hunger. They also slow down the motility of food in the stomach, so an individual is able to stay full longer.”

Bishara also said it’s possible he took the weight off by eating fiber-rich, plant-based foods such as asparagus, artichokes, broccoli and onions.

“Beneficial gut bacteria feed on these foods and can produce substances called postbiotics. Postbiotics can similarly stimulate GLP-1 receptors, also decreasing appetite and hunger signals.”

Perry said his goal in posting the video was to expose the similarity between overconsuming food and overwatching internet content.

“While everybody pointed and laughed at me for over-consuming, I was in total control the entire time. In reality, people become completely absorbed with internet personalities and obsessively watch their content,” he said.

“That is where a deeper level of over-consuming lies, and it’s the parallel I wanted to make.”
