The aim here is to have a fully and honestly informed public with full access to all known data. All efforts to bamboozle, deceive or manipulate the public shall be outlawed and punished by heavy penalties.

Our government shall set up a citizens’ enquiry under a qualified, reputable judge charged with finding out whether any wrongdoing occurred in relation to the alleged Covid pandemic.

It will investigate whether there were any false reports or suppressions of information by ministers, scientists, health agencies or corporate interests concerning the pandemic, the measures deployed to combat it and the vaccines presented as remedies for it.

If false reports and/or suppression of information occurred, the inquiry shall discover who specifically issued the false reports or suppressed the information and who specifically ordered them to do so.

Where harm resulted from those false reports the persons deemed responsible shall be held accountable and brought to trial on appropriate charges.

“Persons responsible” includes ministers, the CEOs of corporations and so forth on the principle that all people shall be accounted responsible for their actions (see this essay). This inquiry shall be at all times fully viewable by the public in all its deliberations and all evidence presented in accordance with the principles and policies discussed here. No person shall be exempt from presenting testimony or evidence if asked to do so.

At the same time, it shall be illegal for any doctor or qualified expert to be penalised, censored, vilified, victimised, or punished by any person or body for expressing their considered view on any matter relating to pandemics, vaccines, remedies, medicines or health matters in general.

Anyone is free to express an opinion provided he or she clearly labels it as such and does not try to pass it off as “science”. Anyone  can declare, publish or promote scientific findings whether or not approved of by authorities provided they clearly cite the research that led to the information.  Please also see our discussion of the Scientific Claims Verification Inspectorate and policies regarding scientific validity discussed here .

The claim of “protecting the public” from “misinformation” is no longer be a valid excuse for suppressing the free exchange of views and information. Every citizen has the right to see all views and make up his or her own mind is what is right or wrong. They do not need a government to  tell them what to think or decide what they can know.

Similarly, our government shall launch an in-depth stringent inquiry into the climate change controversy with the purpose of finding out what false reports and incorrect data, if any, were presented to the government and/or the people.

And in the same manner the government shall hold a full transparent investigations to establish the truth concerning two other areas of concern: 5G and weather modification . The aim here is to establish whether there is  any wrongdoing, false reports, actual harms to public health and safety and bring to justice anyone responsible for any harm that resulted from their false reports or suppressions of information.

Should it be established that 5G is causing health problems for the public, it will be banned.

All weather modification activities or experiments shall be in any case immediately declared illegal as the risks of such to the population and environment are too great. They shall remain illegal until proven safe.
