Joe Biden’s lawfare is forcing Donald Trump to spend his time inside of a New York courtroom instead of the campaign trail.

But the former President flipped the script by holding a rally in the Democrat stronghold.

And Joe Biden could not believe what voters at Donald Trump’s Bronx rally told this CNN reporter.

Former President Donald Trump would be holding multiple rallies and events each week in a normal Presidential race, especially in the seven battleground states that will ultimately make or break his campaign.

But Manhattan Democrat District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s witch hunt against Trump for allegedly “falsifying business records” is preventing him from running a normal campaign.

Instead of speaking to voters on the campaign trail, Trump has been stuck inside a New York courtroom.

But when life gives him lemons, Trump has a knack for making lemonade.

Since President Joe Biden’s lawfare strategy is keeping him in New York during the week, Trump held a massive rally on Thursday in the middle of the Democrat-controlled city’s Bronx borough.

An estimated 30,000 people showed up, including a couple of famous rappers who spoke on stage in support of the former President.

 Those in the Bronx for the rally treated Trump like a rock star and welcomed him with cheers of “We love Trump” and “four more years.”

“Joe Biden is the worst president in the history of our country,” Trump told the crowd. “And our country’s going to hell, but we’re going to turn it around.”

When Trump explained that he loved his supporters in New York, the crowd chanted, “We love Trump!”

“But above all, New Yorkers have something called common sense and we do have common sense — an old fashioned American common sense is exactly what I intend to bring back to the White House, just like we had for four years,” Trump said.  “The minute crooked Joe Biden shuffles out the door, I will rapidly rebuild the greatest economy in the history of the world.”

The level of Trump’s support in a Democrat stronghold like the Bronx sent shockwaves throughout Democrats and their media allies.

CNN National Correspondent Kristen Holmes appeared on AC360 to discuss the rally with host – and heir to the Vanderbilt fortune – Anderson Cooper.

Holmes was on the ground at the event and was left with no choice but to report the truth when Cooper asked if anyone showed up given Democrats’ control over the Bronx and New York in general.

“Well, certainly, a bigger crowd than I think Democrats would like to see, particularly given this is one of the bluest counties in the entire country,” Holmes said.

Of course, people do travel from hundreds of miles away to attend a Trump rally.

But Holmes told Cooper, “There were a lot of people here that were actually from the Bronx.”

“Before we even came into the rally, we talked to a number of people outside in the community and the reaction was really mixed,” she said.

Holmes then shared a story from some of the Bronx residents she interviewed at the rally.

She said “a number” of former Biden voters were at the Trump rally and told her that they were “very unhappy” with the Democrat President’s handling of the economy and are looking for an alternative.

Before Thursday’s rally, reporters, pundits, and analysts criticized Trump’s decision to hold an event in a Democrat-controlled area like the Bronx.

They viewed it as a waste of the limited time he has on the campaign trail.

But the more than 30,000 attendees who showed up on Thursday showed that Donald Trump made the right call.
