Dr. Richard Fleming is an American Medical Doctor specialising in cardiology and also holds a law degree. He has conducted extensive research on SARS-CoV-2 and covid-19 since 2020, concluding that the virus was developed as a bioweapon. He has also asserted that covid-19 “vaccines” are subsequent bioweapons, or rather eugenic gene therapies, launched against humanity. His notable findings include the presence of HIV inserts in the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, which he has publicly demonstrated.  You can follow Dr. Fleming on Twitter HERE.

Dr. Fleming has published several books, the latest being ‘Are We the Next Endangered Species?: Bioweapons, Eugenics, and More.’

Are We the Next Endangered Species?’ unravels a complex web of historical events, misinformation and ominous developments over the last 170 years in the United States and reveals the stealthy usurpation of power in the United States since the 1850s, highlighting the nation’s pivotal role in developing biological and chemical weapons.

The book also exposes shocking collaborations with Nazi scientists, doctors and intelligence officers, demonstrating the long-term impact on modern medicine and society.

As his book navigates the murky waters of history, exposing parallel programmes developed over the last 170 years in the United States, Dr. Fleming unearths ancient civilisations that embraced slavery, sterilisation and eugenics, drawing chilling parallels to our present reality.

He confronts the uncomfortable truth: are we repeating the mistakes of the past while expecting different outcomes? Are we destined to replicate the errors that led to the rise of powerful people and organisations seeking ultimate control over others?

He joined Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson last month to discuss ‘Are We the Next Endangered Species?’ (see video below).  Thompson begins with an update on some news from Canada before Dr. Fleming joined her beginning at timestamp 11:23. For the first ten minutes or so, Dr. Fleming gave his thoughts about the assignation attempt on Donald Trump from the perspective of a marksman and his past involved with government agencies. At timestamp 33:36 the discussion turned to Dr. Fleming’s book.

In his book, Dr. Fleming goes back several thousand years in history. “But a lot of the book says, ‘Let’s take a look at what’s really happened over the last 170 years in the United States, and some other countries, but let’s look at the big players, the United States and England, and see what’s happened’,” he said.

Over the 170 years, the United States became actively involved in the use of biological weapons, or bioweapons, and eugenics.

In the 1850s, eugenicists didn’t have molecular tools such as CRISPR or the ability to use DNA or mRNA.  “But we do today,” Dr. Fleming said. “That’s how it’s evolved over the course of the last 170 years.”

“By allowing people to see how this developed, it allows the mist to lift, just like it does first thing in the morning when you first get up, and to see clearly what is in front of you,” he said.

As we moved from the 1800s to the 1900s, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Carnegie Institution spent a lot of money coordinating politics and medicine in the United States, which was rolled out to Europe and Canada, to lay the bedrock of eugenics.

Eugenics From the US to Germany, and the Rest of the World

Dr. Fleming mentioned ‘The Laughlin Report’ submitted to the US Congress in the early 1900s which suggested using gas chambers to eliminate undesirable people.  We presume this report is named after Harry Laughlin, an American educator and eugenicist who served as the superintendent of the US Eugenics Record Office.

We were unable to find The Laughlin Report, which may officially be known by another name.  For those who may be interested in exploring further, there is a collection of Lauglin’s papers in the Eugenics Archive HERE.

However, we did find a Carnegie Institute report published in 1911 which explored eighteen methods for removing defective genetic attributes; the eighth method was euthanasia.

Citing an SFGate article, Wikipedia notes that although the most commonly suggested method of euthanasia was to set up local gas chambers, many in the eugenics movement did not believe that Americans were ready to implement a large-scale euthanasia programme, so many doctors came up with alternative ways of subtly implementing eugenic euthanasia in various medical institutions.

“This is where Adolph Hitler got the idea of gas chambers,” Dr. Fleming said. “He used American papers, he used Henry Ford, he used others, as required reading for the Nazi youth.  And he carried out a eugenics programme; that is the reason why most people think of eugenics as killing people.”

“But eugenics is ‘we’re going to drive the direction of humanity’,” he added highlighting that eugenics has two perspectives or prongs: one, positive eugenics, aims to enhance the human population by promoting the reproduction of people with desirable traits; and, the other, negative eugenics, seeks to reduce the reproduction of people deemed “unfit” or “inferior,” often based on characteristics such as disability, poverty, or perceived racial or ethnic inferiority.  The Nazis are strongly associated with practising negative eugenics.

Developing Biological Weapons Goes Global

After World War II, some of the Nazis being prosecuted at the Nuremberg Trials were “let off” by the United States and then brought to the United States.  The US wasn’t the only country to do this.

“Russia, the United States, Canada, England [and] France brought over 3,000 of these [Nazis] out and put them in our intelligence agencies, our medical systems [and] our scientific systems, and had them continue their programmes in our countries,” Dr. Fleming said.

Dr. Kurt Blome, a high-ranking Nazi scientist and physician, was one of those who US officials intervened in war crimes trials so he was acquitted.  Subsequently, Dr. Blome was employed in US science programmes.

In Nazi Germany, Dr. Blome was involved in numerous unethical and inhumane activities including the twin experiments, plague vaccine tests on concentration camp prisoners and developing biological warfare agents and delivery systems.

“So, when you’re wondering why our governments behave the way they do, this did not happen overnight,” Dr. Fleming said. “These people were put into these programmes; everybody tried to accelerate their country, everybody wanting to out beat the other country, and the end result is we developed [biological weapons.]”

By “we,” Dr. Fleming was not only referring to the US.  “Countries around the world including countries, for example, Ukraine where Russia was building biological weapons in Ukraine before the 1990s,” he said.  Dr. Fleming has evidence that bioweapons which combined the smallpox and ebola viruses were being developed in Ukraine in the 1990s.

Eugenics and Bioweapons Programmes Converge

When you look at the history, you can see two parallel pathways developing up until 2006, Dr. Fleming said.  One pathway was a bioweapon programme and the other a eugenics programme.

In 2006, Katalin Karikó and Drew Weissman, who received a Nobel Prize last year, conducted research aiming to stabilise mRNA, because outside of a cell RNA or DNA breaks down rapidly.  It involved modifying uridine, one of the building blocks of RNA and DNA, to create a false uridine or pseudouridine.

When Karikó and Weissman did their research and stabilised mRNA, they didn’t stop at that, Dr. Fleming said.  And this is where the bioweapons and eugenics programmes merged.

Karikó and Weissman wanted to know if the pseudouridine could be used to make a vaccine.  So, they tested it on people to see if it stimulated an immune response. There was no immune response.  Karikó and Weissman concluded in 2008 that they had stabilised the mRNA but pseudouridine didn’t work as a vaccine.  However, Karikó and Weissman said that pseudouridine would make a great transfection tool, Dr. Fleming said.

Transfection is gene transfer technology, artificially introducing DNA or RNA into cells using non-viral methods – in other words, gene therapy.  They’ve been using this transfection technology combined with CRISPR, Dr. Fleming said.

During a podcast with Michael Savage, Dr. Fleming explained that SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon and that the vaccines, although they are encoded with the bioweapon, are not bioweapons but rather tools for eugenics. (See HERE from timestamp 17:34 or below beginning from timestamp 15:37).

Dr. Fleming explained to Thompson how Karikó and Weissman’s research has enabled the eugenics programme.  The combination of stabilising the mRNA, a transfection tool and CRISPR enables them to move beyond the Planned Parenthood approach – to move from stopping people from having children or encouraging abortions under the guise that children are an economic burden, for example, to “now we can drive what [genes] we want to go forward.”

“That’s eugenics,” he said. “And these two [the bioweapons and eugenics pathways] came together in 2021.”  But they didn’t know what would happen if they released the stabilised mRNA-transfect-CRISPR technology on a mass scale.

Dr. Fleming explained that the merged gain-of-function biological viral weapons (SARS-CoV-2) and the genetic vaccines (covid vaccines) that encode for the bioweapons have been responsible for more deaths and casualties than the US military has sustained since 1776.

When you take the numbers killed and maimed by covid and its vaccine in the US, that’s a 0.8% military loss, he said.  “Which is really good [from a military perspective].  It’s not about depopulating the planet.  It was about what happens when we do this on a mass scale.”

“And the answer was: even though a lot of people have been maimed or killed, from a military perspective it’s a good outcome; 0.8% is a good outcome … because it was only 0.8% losses.”

Why would the military see 0.8% as a good outcome?  Because it means the losses were low enough to slip under the radar while the public accepted this approach to eugenics.  What was unfathomable 10 years ago, has now been accepted by the public.

Examples of the eugenic genetic vaccine programmes that they’re running include sickle cell anaemia, Down’s syndrome, Niemann-Pick, cystic fibrosis and cancer, Dr. Fleming said. “In fact, a lot of the top candidates for the genes that they’re trying to change [in people with these diseases] … protect against infectious diseases.”

Why?  “Because bioweapons are basically infectious diseases,” he said. “So, if you can prevent the ability of people to defend themselves against these bioweapons, it increases the concern among people and the willingness to participate in genetic eugenic vaccine trials.”

The goal, Dr. Fleming said, is a longer-living, healthier, purer human being.  To do this kind of eugenics research either a long time is required, more than a lifetime, or a large number of volunteers are required for experiments.  The way to get a large number of volunteers is to make people afraid; threats of infectious diseases is a way to make people afraid enough to voluntarily line up in large numbers to be injected with the eugenic vaccine experiments.
