Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. reported in his annual financial disclosure that he received $900 concert tickets from a German socialite.
German Princess Gloria von Thurn und Taxis gifted the justice the tickets. No other details were provided in the disclosure made public on Friday.
He did not disclose earning any money from teaching or book deals — or any other hospitality besides the tickets.
But Justice Alito did note an Edward Jones loan that had been omitted from previous filings.
His September filing also showed Justice Alito sold some of his Anheuser Busch stock.
He’s not the only justice to enjoy concert tickets.
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was gifted Beyoncé tickets, according to her disclosure. They were worth $4,000.
The other justices released their disclosures to the public in June, but Justice Alito had an extension.
The filing comes as Democrats have criticized the Bush appointee over a supposed connection flying flags at his homes sympathetic to Jan. 6 defendants. They’ve also claimed he did not properly disclose a past fishing trip taken with a billionaire.
