The four Venezuelan illegal aliens arrested for attempted murder in Aurora, Colorado, in July are members of the feral Tren de Aragua extortion gang. Cops had arrested one of the four in the brutal beating of a man. That thug was released on bail.
Members of the organized crime outfit have enjoyed the freedom to roam the nation committing crimes after illegally entering the country then being released — courtesy of President Joe Biden.
The news is not surprising. Quite a number of Biden “migrants” are dangerous criminals whom the president and his homeland security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, ordered released at the border.
Those releases, as noted during the impeachment of Mayorkas, are illegal.
Shooting Arrest
Fox reported that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed the illegal status of the Venezuelans.
Ages 19 through 24 years old, the thugs crossed the southwest border illegally in Texas in 2022 and 2023, the network continued.
Now in ICE custody, “the four were arrested after a shooting which occurred near Nome Street Apartments, one of the apartment buildings in Aurora which had been overtaken by armed members of Tren de Aragua,” Fox reported:
Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos, Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos, Nixon Jose Azuaje Perez, and Dixon Jose Azuaje Perez were arrested in connection with an attempted homicide on July 28.
According to Aurora Police, “We can now confirm that [Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos] is a documented member of Tren de Aragua (TdA). He is the brother of Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos, also known as ‘Cookie’ or ‘Galleta.’”
The two other arrestees, Dixon Azuaje-Perez, 20, and Nixon Azuaje-Perez, 19, are charged with evidence tampering in connection with the shooting. They, too, cops say, are gang members.
It’s bad enough that the four members of the 5,000-strong gang are even in the country. But what’s worse, border authorities had them in custody, Fox continued:
According to ICE, 24-year-old Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos or “Cookie” was encountered by Border Patrol Agents in the Del Rio Sector, Texas in October 2022. Pacheco was then released and given a notice to appear. Currently, Pacheco has been given felony charges for assault with a deadly weapon, among others.
Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos, the brother of “Cookie,” was arrested for attempted murder and other charges. He was also apprehended at the Del Rio Sector, Texas in October 2022.
Border agents arrested Nixon and Dixon Azuaje-Perez at Eagle Pass, Texas, on August 22, 2023, Fox reported, then paroled them with notices to appear.
Reposting Fox News’ Bill Melugin on X, the New York Post’s Jennie Taer reported that Pacheco-Chirinos is a violent criminal whom police had in custody and jail authorities released. She wrote:
He was arrested and allowed to bail out of custody for almost beating a man to death in one of the shuttered Aurora apartments. From there, he went on to allegedly carry out a shooting at the same complex.
Tren de Aragua — Crime Nationwide
Tren de Aragua members — or Venezuelans linked to the gang — have been committing crimes since they landed here with the hearty approval of Biden, unindicted visa fraudster Mayorkas, and, of course, Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee.
And the four thugs in Colorado aren’t the only gang members released at the border.
Also released was Diego Ibarra and his two brothers, Argenis and Jose. Jose faces a 10-count indictment for the murder in February of nursing student Laken Riley.
As The New American reported in March, citing the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, ICE revealed that border agents bagged Diego and Argenis in May 2023 near El Paso, Texas. They released Argenis with a notice to appear on May 4.
Diego was released a day after being placed in Biden’s ineffective “Alternatives to Detention” program and fitted with an ankle monitor. He cut it off. Authorities found it in Colorado.
A federal detention motion for the thug, who has been arrested for drunk driving and shoplifting, says he’s linked to Tren de Aragua, “which has been involved in recent violent confrontations with law enforcement and civilian victims in New York and elsewhere throughout the United States.” (Those “confrontations” include the beating of two New York City cops. The gang is also involved in “organized retail theft” in the city, former NYPD intelligence chief John Miller said.)
The detention motion says Diego’s tattoos link him to the gang:
Ibarra has a five-pointed crown tattoo on the left side of his neck, and five-pointed stars on the right side of his neck. Ibarra also has a teardrop tattoo under his right eye — [though] teardrop tattoos are often associated with gangs and gang culture and are not exclusive to TdA, or any single gang.
More Biden “Migrants”
Biden “migrants” embarked on a crime rampage of rape, robbery, and murder the minute they landed in the country.
And, again, many were caught and released at the southwest border.
Among them are three illegals charged in two rapes.
Nicaraguan thug Daniel Davon-Bonilla, 24, police allege, raped a woman at knifepoint on New York’s Coney Island. A Mexican accomplice clubbed the woman’s boyfriend with a metal pipe.
Border agents caught Davon-Bonilla on December 7, 2022. But, as with Diego Ibarra, they released him through the “Alternatives to Detention” program.
Papa Diop, 38, of Senegal is charged with raping a 36-year-old woman in the South Bronx on August 5.
Border agents caught him in Yuma Arizona, but released him because they didn’t have the space to detain him.
In August, ICE arrested a Peruvian gang member caught and released at the border. Back home, he is the suspect in 23 murders.
