An explosive new report claims that the Biden-Harris Administration has deliberately imported as many as 9 million aliens into the United States in the last three-and-a-half years.
As Breitbart reports, the Wall Street Journal cited data from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) in its claims, noting that this total “is nearly as many as the number that came in the previous decade.”
In addition to those who were purposefully allowed into the country, the Journal notes that “the House of Representatives’ Homeland Security Committee estimates at least two million have slipped through the border undetected since late 2020,” thus meaning as many as 11 million illegal aliens have come into the country in just under four years. This would amount to about three illegals for every four American babies born.
The Biden-Harris Administration has repeatedly taken credit for alleged job growth over the last several years, but a closer look at economic data reveals that the vast majority of “new” jobs are simply going to illegals rather than American citizens. In addition, average wages in the United States are still on the decline due to illegals being willing to work for much less pay than the average American citizen.
This tide of illegals will “compete with existing workers with less education and put downward pressure on their wages,” the Journal continued. “The surge in immigration could weigh slightly on overall wages and productivity.”
Furthermore, the flood of low-skilled illegals has led to a decline in overall productivity due to most illegals having poor work ethic compared to American citizens. As the Journal notes, 6.5% of illegals brought in by the Biden-Harris Administration currently work in construction, compared to only 1% of Americans who work in the same field. But the productivity of construction workers has been consistently declining since 1970, due in large part to the effects of a 1954 immigration law which first caused a surge in legal and illegal immigrants coming into the country in search of cheap labor jobs.
“The value added per worker in the construction sector was about 40 percent lower in 2020 than in 1970,” said the University of Chicago in a January 2023 report.
Immigration remains a top concern for voters in the 2024 election, with former President Donald Trump vowing to carry out the largest deportation operation in American history, while Vice President Kamala Harris has vowed to give amnesty to illegal aliens and continue the open-borders approach of her current administration.
