Deliberations in Alvin Bragg’s sham New York business records trial against Donald Trump are expected to start on May 29.

Fireworks erupted in the courtroom on Monday.

And Donald Trump’s legal team caused this Democrat-appointed judge to melt down by putting one witness on the stand.

On Monday, former attorney for Michael Cohen, Robert Costello, was the last witness to testify for former President Donald Trump’s legal team in the trial for Manhattan Democrat District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s so-called “hush money” witch hunt.

Trump is on trial after Bragg charged him with falsifying business records for listing a non-disclosure agreement payment made by Cohen, his former attorney, to porn star Stormy Daniels as legal services.

Bragg’s predecessor, former Manhattan Democrat District Attorney Cy Vance, refused to charge Trump, and abandoned the case after it became clear that the former President did not actually commit a crime.

But Bragg specifically built his campaign by promising the woke left-wing outrage mob that he would indict Trump in order to help President Joe Biden’s re-election efforts.

Costello recently testified before the House Weaponization Committee about how Cohen told him in 2018 that, “I don’t have anything on Donald Trump.”

“I swear to God, Bob, I don’t have anything on Donald Trump,” Costello recalled Cohen saying.

He also blew the lid on how the entire fiasco was a set up designed to take down Trump.

“Cohen said that a lawyer for Stormy Daniels approached him and said Danials [sic] was going to allege that she had sex with Donald Trump unless Trump was willing to buy her silence with a non-disclosure agreement,” Costello wrote in his testimony. “Cohen decided that, while he didn’t believe the allegation, he thought the story would be embarrassing for Trump, and especially for Melania, so he decided he would take care of this himself.”

“That is contrary to what this guy testified to in court in New York yesterday,” he added.

Of course, Cohen is a proven liar who has been convicted of perjury twice.

Trump’s legal team called Costello to the stand on Monday to share his story with the jury.

But Democrat-appointed Judge Juan Merchan went out of his way to prevent Costello from telling the jury the full story.

Whenever Costello would go to tell his side of the story, the prosecution objected and Merchan happily sustained it.

A frustrated Costello mumbled “ridiculous” and “geez” under his breath.

This infuriated Judge Merchan to the point in which he cleared out the entire courtroom.

“You don’t say ‘jeez,’ and you don’t say ‘strike it,’ because I’m the only one who can strike,” Merchan fumed at Costello. “You don’t roll your eyes, do you understand that? Do you understand that? Are you staring me down right now? Clear the courtroom please!!”

After the room was cleared, Merchan gave Costello a lecture about “proper decorum.”

“Mr. Costello, I’d like to discuss proper decorum in my courtroom,” he said. “As a witness on the stand, if you don’t like my ruling, you don’t say ‘jeez!’ and then you don’t say, ‘strike it’ because I’m the only one who can strike testimony in the court. If you don’t like my ruling, you don’t give me a side eye or roll your eyes.”

Merchan is a ruling class Democrat who is doing his best to help Bragg get a conviction in his sham trial against Trump.

The tension finally ended and Costello left the witness stand.

And Donald Trump’s legal team rested its case on Tuesday in Alvin Bragg’s sham New York business records trial.
