The central theme of Joe Biden’s campaign is that Donald Trump is a violent and dangerous “threat to democracy.”

Democrats’ media allies are more than willing to help sell this false narrative to voters.

And all hell is breaking loose over this one word Donald Trump included in his latest campaign video.

Former President Donald Trump sent Democrats and Democrats’ media allies into a frenzy on Monday when he posted a video to his Truth Social platform in which he referenced a “unified Reich” for a split second.

“The headline appears among messages flashing across the screen such as ‘Trump wins!!’ and ‘Economy booms!’ Other headlines appear to be references to World War I,” NY1 reported.

Even though the video was not from Trump’s campaign and he only shared it on his page, Democrats jumped at the opportunity to push their phony narrative about him being a so-called “threat to democracy.”

“Donald Trump is not playing games; he is telling America exactly what he intends to do if he regains power: rule as a dictator over a ‘unified reich,'” Biden spokesperson James Singer said. “Parroting ‘Mein Kampf’ while you warn of a bloodbath if you lose is the type of unhinged behavior you get from a guy who knows that democracy continues to reject his extreme vision of chaos, division, and violence.”

Vice President Kamala Harris also attacked Trump for the video in a speech she delivered on Tuesday at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) convention in Philadelphia.

“In this moment, extremists are trying to divide our nation and we see them as they encourage xenophobia and hate,” Harris declared. “This kind of rhetoric is unsurprising coming from the former president and it is appalling.”

“And we’ve got to tell him who we are,” she continued. “And once again, it shows our freedoms and our very democracy are at stake.”

And Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters that Trump “is telling America exactly what he intends to do if he regains power: rule as a dictator over a ‘unified reich.’”

“It is abhorrent, sickening, and disgraceful for anyone to put up content [like the video],” she claimed.

After the unnecessary backlash, Trump decided to delete the video from his page on Truth Social.

But Trump Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt pointed out that the video was reposted by a staffer who did not see the word “reich.”

“This was not a campaign video, it was created by a random account online and reposted by a staffer who clearly did not see the word, while the President was in court,” Leavitt wrote in a statement.

Of course, Democrats and their media allies are fully aware that their narrative about Trump turning America into Germany circa 1934 is total nonsense.

But President Biden has zero accomplishments for them to report to the American people.

And their only strategy is to help Joe Biden push the narrative that Donald Trump is a so-called “threat to democracy.”
