The government is keeping the full picture about UFOs hidden from the public. 

But the truth is slowly starting to leak about what they know.

And a Pentagon official dropped a new bombshell about UFOs that sent shockwaves.

The government has recovered extraterrestrial bodies

For decades, the subject of UFOs and extraterrestrial life was dismissed as a conspiracy theory. 

But in recent years, the federal government has been willing to at least admit that UFOs – or UAPs as they now like to call them – do exist, but won’t go much further than that on the matter.

Former Department of Defense official Luis Elizondo left the government to come forward with the information that he has on UFOs.

He’s releasing a tell-all book entitled Imminent: Inside the Pentagon’s Hunt for UFOs, about his stint as the head of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).

Elizondo’s agency was tasked with investigating reports of UFOs.

He confirmed to NewsNation’s Ross Coulthart that the government did, in fact, recover a UFO that crashed at Roswell, New Mexico in 1947.

“The United States has been involved in the recovery of objects, vehicles of unknown origin that are neither from our country or any other foreign country that we’re aware of,” Elizondo said.

And the government recovered bodies of extraterrestrials from this wreckage.

“We as a nation have been interested in not only the vehicles themselves but the occupants of these vehicles; to include biological specimens,” Elizondo explained. “We’re not alone. We are not alone in this universe and it is a simple fact. The U.S. government has been aware of that fact for decades.”

The Defense Department denied the existence of extraterrestrials.

“As we have stated previously, Luis Elizondo had no assigned responsibilities for the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) while assigned to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security,” Pentagon spokeswoman Sue Gough told NewsNation.

Critics say this is part of a campaign by the government to discredit Elizondo.

A letter from Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Chris Mellon to late Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) reportedly confirms Elizondo’s work at AATIP.

Removal of advanced technology from a crashed UFO

Elizondo claimed to have seen a government scientist remove a “technical device” from a crashed UFO.

“I saw a technical device that had been removed, excised by the Department of Veterans Affairs by a surgeon, a trained physician, from a U.S. military service member who claimed to have a UAP [unidentified anomalous phenomena encounter],” Elizondo recalled. 

“The physician claimed that the object tried to run on him or evade being excised,” he added.

He said that he started his career in Army intelligence before he advanced to the Pentagon, where he was assigned to AATIP.

Elizondo explained that AATIP investigated UFO sightings that mostly came from the Navy.

“These UAPs were not only able to fly unimpeded into our controlled airspace and combat theaters, but they were also performing in ways that far exceeded our technological capabilities,” Elizondo claimed.

The federal government could be holding back the whole truth about what it knows about the existence of UFOs.
