The Dem convention was designed to give their party a sugar high they could ride well into September so Harris could get a bump in early voting. RFK’s announcement stole some of her thunder.

Early voting starts in just a couple of weeks. That’s how close we are to election day, and why it matters that Kamala has been letting the Media and carefully staged public appearances carry her water instead of come-one-come-all large scale public events where a charismatic leader can shine, but a weak one with a divided base and some angry ‘genocide Joe’ malcontents could hijack the message.

It’s important to vote for Kamala, the saying goes, in order to ‘save democracy’ from the tyrannical arm of Donald J Trump. Of course, his four years in office show Trump was anything BUT a top-down authoritarian, whereas several SCOTUS slapdowns say the opposite about Biden/Harris, but the media will be sure to deflect that narrative just like they hid the ball with the Hunter Biden laptop ‘issue’ until long AFTER the election.

But RFK Jr is their kryptonite. As A Democrat who was ground to powder by a the DNC’s political machine both as a candidate within the party and then as an independent running OUTSIDE the party, he is living proof that everything the Dems say about their love of Democracy and hatred of authoritarian displays of power is exactly the opposite of reality.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

They hate democracy and love power. We need look no further than his own story.

Here is the speech RFK Jr gave when he announced he would be suspending his candidacy and withdrawing his name from ballots on the key battleground states so that he doesn’t play ‘spoiler’. (Theoretically, he could still have a shot at winning if the Electoral College proves inconclusive.)
