In March of 2021, Joe Biden signed an Executive Order called “Promoting Access to Voting.” No idea why it didn’t generate outrage at the time, but then sometimes politicians are bad at reading tea leaves.  Three years later, the GOP is still sounding the alarm over that EO because now the leftists have captured the essence of it and are well on the way to trying to cheat in 2024. They are weaponizing voter turnout in order to reelect Biden.

An executive order issued by President Joe Biden that directed federal agencies to coordinate with outside groups on sprawling voter turnout is being used as a tool to “weaponize” the federal government, according to a top GOP lawmaker.

“What they have done is weaponize all federal agencies on behalf of President Biden’s reelection campaign,” House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil (R-WI) said during a Thursday hearing on noncitizen voting and foreign influence in elections…

A Washington Examiner investigation found that staffers from one group called Vot-ER listed as having been on a 2021 planning call with groups for the executive order is funded by Democratic dark money groups and led by left-wing activists. Some legal experts have raised concerns over whether Vot-ER and its partners in taxpayer-funded public health centers are acting nonpartisan in accordance with federal rules.

Documents show that other groups with staffers on that call were from the George Soros-backed Open Society Policy Center, End Citizens United, eBay founder Pierre Omidyar’s Democracy Fund, the Brennan Center for Justice, and other left-wing activist hubs. Gabe Kaminsky at the Washington Examiner

The bottom line: only US citizens can vote

The problem with all of this is that these “dark money” leftists are attempting to register illegal immigrants, and noncitizens in violation of the US Constitution. Only US citizens are allowed to vote in federal elections, but that seems to not faze these so-called “progressives.” Weaponizing voter turnout is an egregious plan that will allow Dems to continue to cheat. Can they be stopped in time?

Republicans on the House Oversight Committee are investigating whether or not Biden’s EO is unconstitutional. Doesn’t really need “investigation” – it’s blatantly unconstitutional but Dems claim none of this can be proven. The Republicans are “concerned about the lack of transparency.” Ya think?

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“The federalist election system proscribed by the U.S. Constitution allows each state to tailor its elections based on the needs of its residents. Overreach by the federal government often leads to confusion and inconsistencies. Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson highlighted these concerns in his April 6, 2024 letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding answers as to how Section 9 of the executive order (titled “Ensuring Access to Voter Registration for Eligible Individuals in Federal Custody”) will impact voter rolls in states where certain felons are ineligible to vote.4 By mandating action by agencies to register ineligible voters, the Biden Administration’s overreach is creating an untenable situation for state election officials charged with ensuring only eligible voters remain on the voter rolls.” May 13 letter to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget

On and on the fight goes. Why it’s taking them so long to get the truth out is beyond comprehension. This administration stonewalls everyone.  But this particular EO for weaponizing voter turnout is hidden in semantics that leftists grab quickly.
