Hamas Protestors Get Violent, Quickly Regret It

Pro-Hamas demonstrations have recently rocked UC Irvine, where students have taken over a building, erected barricades, yelled antisemitic phrases like “from the river to the sea,” and covered themselves with umbrellas.

However, unlike many other campuses like Harvard, Columbia, and UCLA, where officials have enabled violent encampments to take over schools and make life miserable for students who are not down for the cause—especially Jewish ones—the UC Irvine administration did not respond apologetically.

Nope, they would not stand for that, and they called the police right away.

“A UC Irvine representative told Fox News Digital that around 2:30 p.m. PST, hundreds of protestors stormed into the Physical Sciences Lecture Hall on the California campus and started to barricade the facility, causing pandemonium on campus.” The institution said that they had called the Irvine Police Department and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department for urgent help. On Wednesday, the University of California, Irvine, saw hundreds of anti-Israel protestors storm campus buildings and erect barricades. Local law police responded, ordering students to “shelter in place.”

And these cops arrived prepared for everything that may come their way:

“Crimescene footage from the university showed police officers fighting with anti-Israel demonstrators while carrying semi-automatic guns and dressed in protest garb.”

This entitled, whining professor finds it hard to accept that she is subject to the law:

Earlier in the day, administrators had canceled lessons and advised pupils to stay indoors.

According to authorities, the demonstrators arrived on campus on Wednesday afternoon and became part of the pre-existing camp that had been residing there since April 29. UC Irvine instructed students to “shelter in place” in an X post as police arrived on campus. “In the Physical Science Quad area, protests are increasing. On social media, it warned people to stay away from the area. “Until further notice, if you are in the neighborhood, take cover for your safety.” The school issued a statement saying, “We are continuing to monitor the situation and strongly advise individuals to remain away from the campus.”

However, as noted by Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, some of the jailed radicals may soon face a surprise:

He is referring to Republican District Attorney Todd Spitzer of Orange County, who is not a soft-spoken, liberal prosecutor like George Gascón of LA County, who would just watch as someone stole a car and take no action. Spitzer has also publicly chastised Gascón for his law-abiding attitude in the past, so if his office gets involved, do not anticipate kid-glove treatment for the anti-peaceful, vandalistic protestors.

This issue is still developing as of this writing, but we will provide you with updates as necessary.
