The country is getting introduced to Tim Walz after he became Kamala Harris’ running mate. 

But what they’re seeing is a phony image presented by Democrats. 

And Tim Walz turned red with rage when a Minnesota Congressman dropped this brutal fact. 

Walz is a socialist crusader

Minnesota Democrat Governor Tim Walz was the surprise pick to be Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate.

He’s been portrayed as a “folksy” and “moderate” Democrat from America’s Heartland.

A harmless midwestern dad who wears a camo hat and used to coach the local high school football team.

But the real Tim Walz is very different from the carefully curated image Democrats are trying to project onto him.

Rep. Pete Stauber (R-MN) told Fox News that Walz’s draconian pandemic lockdowns and socialist economic policies have sent jobs and businesses fleeing the state.

“I’ve talked to a lot of businesses that either have left or when they expand are not expanding in Minnesota,” Stauber said. “I mean, hundreds of millions of private investments are leaving Minnesota under Walz’s watch.”

Walz used a more than $19 billion budget surplus to go on a reckless spending spree and raise taxes. 

“He’s supported the highest income tax rate in the nation at 10%, he has taken a $19 billion surplus and the next year added a $10 billion tax on the hardworking Minnesotans,” Stauber explained. “He’s increased government spending by almost 50%.”

Walz is a great Governor… for states not named Minnesota

Minnesota’s neighbors with lower taxes and Right to Work legislation – which dictates that working class Americans can’t be forced to join or pay dues to a union as a condition of employment – have been the winners during the Walz regime. 

“Very little growth in the private sector,” Stauber stated. “I think if you look at North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, our neighboring states are growing the private-sector jobs three and four times more than Walz.”

Minnesota’s business climate is now comparable to California’s. 

The Tax Foundation’s 2024 State Business Tax Climate Index ranked Minnesota 44th in the country for its business tax climate.

And the left-wing Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy found that Minnesota has the most progressive tax code of any state.

“You talk to [Governor] Kristi Noem in South Dakota, she says one of the best things to happen for South Dakota was Walz becoming governor in Minnesota — they’re just leaving our state,” Stauber lamented.

The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce’s 2023 report on business expansion and retention found that the state was lagging behind its neighbors.

“While overall activity ticked up in Minnesota since 2021, the state consistently ranks near the bottom of Midwest states for new and expansion projects. Minnesota ranked 10th out of 12 states in the region in total projects from 2018 to 2022, and ranked 10th in projects per capita in 2022,” the report stated.

Stauber warned that Walz would take his “socialist crusade in Minnesota” national if he became Vice President.

Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are prepared to take a wrecking ball to the economy if they win in November.
