Democrat-controlled New York City is in the middle of its worst crime wave in decades.

No one is safe from the criminals running wild on the streets.

And Alvin Bragg is panicking after this big-name actor suffered a brutal attack in New York.

Actor Steve Buscemi viciously attacked in broad daylight in New York City

The only person it seems that Manhattan Democrat District Attorney Alvin Bragg wants to press criminal charges against is former President Donald Trump.

Bragg was elected in 2021 with the backing of woke, globalist billionaire George Soros. 

As a Soros-funded prosecutor, he’s giving criminals a slap on the wrist or refusing to charge them altogether.

Crime is out-of-control in Manhattan, and no one is safe on the Big Apple’s streets.

Actor Steve Buscemi became the latest victim when he was attacked by a madman on the street in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan.

Buscemi, a Brooklyn native, was punched in the face by an unknown man just before noon.

He was taken to an area hospital with bruising and bleeding to his left eye and his face.

Police are still searching for the attacker, but a witness observed part of the attack. 

“I saw he was with a woman, and then through the corner of the window I saw him trip and fall backwards,” a witness told The New York Post. “He right away got up and ran in the opposite direction. I didn’t see who hit him. It worries me for when we close because we close at 11 and it can get scary around that time.”

Buscemi’s publicist said the actor was ok after the assault.

“Steve Buscemi was assaulted in midtown Manhattan, another victim of a random act of violence in the city,” Buscemi’s publicist told USA Today. “He is OK and appreciates everyone’s well wishes, though incredibly sad for everyone that this has happened to while also walking the streets of (New York).”

The 66-year-old actor has starred in movies like Fargo, Pulp Fiction, and Con Air.

He won two Screen Actors Guild Awards and a Golden Globe for his portrayal of Enoch “Nucky” Thompson in the HBO period crime drama Boardwalk Empire.

Buscemi was a firefighter in Manhattan in the early 1980s before his acting career, and put his acting career on pause to volunteer at his old firehouse in the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Even a beloved actor with deep New York City roots isn’t safe from the crime wave gripping the Democrat-controlled city.

Buscemi became the latest actor from Boardwalk Empire to get attacked in New York City.

Actor Michael Stuhlbarg, who played Arnold Rothstein on the show, was hit in the back of the neck with a rock in Central Park.

Police arrested a deranged homeless man for the attack.

New York Democrats’ no-cash bail law combined with a Soros-backed prosecutor has turned Manhattan into a playground for criminals.

Criminals can walk the streets of the city knowing they’ll likely face no consequences for their actions under Democrats’ “leadership.”
