Dem Platform Supports Sex-Changes for Kids, Forgets Who Nominee Is

The Democrats kicked off their national convention yesterday by releasing their party platform. It opens by declaring that this great country of ours was built on land stolen from native tribes.

It codifies their determination to ensure that little boys and girls can have their healthy body parts chopped off at will. In their words, “Democrats will vigorously oppose any state and federal bans on gender-affirming health care.”

The DNC platform promises that Democrats will oppose bans on s*x change surgery and irreversible and harmful puberty blockers and hormone drugs for kids.

Apparently Kamala Harris hasn’t read it all herself yet.

In addition to a predictable collection of progressive ideas and verbal prostrations at the altar of abortion, the platform is most notable for the fact that it refers to Joe Biden’s “second term” 19 times. Some quickly said this is further proof that whatever Kamala Harris is trying to sell by suddenly claiming to be a moderate, she really is wedded to the policies that have wrecked the country and there truly is, as White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre insisted the other day, “no daylight” between Biden and Harris.

But what gets me is that the Democrats — now led by Harris — were too lazy or incompetent to edit the platform, to even do a simple “find and replace” on the document. If the little things are too much to handle, how can they handle the big things?

Monday, we talked about the fact that Planned Parenthood is offering free abortions and vasectomies at the Democratic National Convention and pro-Hamas, pro-genocidal protesters are filling the streets.

What we didn’t mention is the marriage of the two on the streets of Chicago — how radical feminists have thrown their support behind people who rape and torture women.

As Not the Bee reported, you have actual abortion supporters arguing that “reproductive justice” means “Palestinian liberation.” Rainbow flags are flying next to Hamas banners.

Entering Day 30 Without Formal Harris Interview as Dem Lawmakers Encourage Her to Hide

We’re entering day 30 without presidential candidate Kamala Harris sitting down for a formal interview or holding a press conference.

A Harris surrogate admitted the plan is to keep her away from questions and trust the liberal media to do the job of campaigning for her.

Kamala surrogate: "The more details you share, the more your policies get picked apart but what she is saying [is] she trusts journalists to explain these policies and our values to folks and when that happens it will be successful for Democrats."

So keep her from interviews. Instead, stage cringy events, like her visit to a Sheetz convenience store for a bag of Doritos. Or two.

All this keeping the candidate who didn’t receive a single vote from her party’s delegates from personally explaining herself to voters comes with the blessing of Democratic lawmakers. According to Politico, the lawmakers are saying there’s no reason for Harris to talk about policy until after the election.

“She doesn’t need to negotiate against herself. We’ve got the biggest possible tent right now,” said Rep. Ann McLane Kuster (D-N.H.), chair of the centrist New Democrats. “I don’t think there’s a real strong reason for her to try to weed out any points of view right now.”

Imagine sitting for a job interview and when your potential employer starts asking questions, telling them to talk to your mother for the answers.

Remember, Biden was forced off the ticket because Democratic members of Congress thought he would wreck their chances in down-ballot races. It seems these same members want to keep Harris quiet for the same reason. The more she talks, the weaker their chances become.

Mr. Cellophane: Joe Biden Spoke Last Night at the Convention

Joe Biden was the keynote speaker last night, offering a “farewell” and a passing of the torch — which, given what Harris and Walz’s radical friends are doing in Chicago, may take on a whole new meaning.

Watching Biden, the man unceremoniously cast aside by the party elites, a man who despite still being — at least in theory — the most powerful man in the world, I didn’t see the President of the United States. I saw John C. Reilly’s character from the musical Chicago.

He may as well be invisible at this point. Indeed, Biden will be invisible for the rest of the convention. He left Chicago right after his speech.

There’s probably an innocent explanation for it, but moving vans were spotted at the White House yesterday … fully five months before Inauguration Day. Talk about symbolism.

Nurse Who Blew Whistle on Child Mutilations Fired

A few months back, we told you about nurse Vanessa Sivadge, who blew the whistle on Texas Children’s Hospital, alleging that administrators committed Medicaid fraud by falsely billing sex-changes procedures and other destructive treatments for minors to the state. Her revelation coincided with Dr. Eithan Haim exposing the fact that Texas Children’s Hospital continued to do sex changes on minors despite a public promise not to do so any longer.

Christopher Rufo, who broke the story, revealed Monday that Sivadge has been fired.

Sivadge had a two word response to that: “No regrets.”

For her efforts to expose the mutilation of children and attempts to hide payments for such surgeries, Sivadge also got interrogated by Biden’s Department of Justice.

VICTORY! Harley-Davidson Roars Away from Its Woke Turn

The iconic motorcycle brand Harley-Davidson has been in the news recently over CEO Jochen Zeitz’s determination to load Harley down with woke and DEI initiatives. No, they didn’t hire Dylan Mulvaney and Sam Brinton to play Dennis Hopper and Peter Fonda in an Easy Rider ad. Zeitz was more subtle than that.

However, once word got out and Harley riders started putting heat on the company, Zeitz backed down. Harley-Davidson released a statement yesterday hitting the gas to speed away from the wokeness.

Robby Starbuck, who led the fight against Harley-Davidson’s DEI detour, summarizes:

• No more DEI functions
• No more supplier diversity spend goals
• They’ll no longer participate in @HRC scoring.
• Sponsorship activities are changing and will focus exclusively on motorcycling, first responders, active military and veterans.
• No more woke trainings with socially motivated messaging.
