Ismael El Mayo Zambada García and Joaquín Guzmán López, 2 leaders of Mexico’s Sinaloa cartel illegally entered the United States and were caught by Border Patrol agents. The pair did not have identification, so they were released into the United States under the Catch and Release policy. They claimed amnesty because of a credible fear of the leaders of the Sinaloa cartel.

Kamala Harris is setting up a meeting with them to discuss Root Causes of migration. When asked about why they flew into the United States they referenced Wrong Way Corrigan. They claimed they were flying south in Mexico but the navigation system sent them in the opposite direction. CPB believed their explanation. Right now it seems entering the United States is no longer illegal. So, they wished them well. Kamala Harris added navigational error as an important root cause of illegal migration.

As a result of this meeting, Kamala has announced an investment will be made in Mexican companies manufacturing navigation systems to stem the flow of illegal immigration. We at DogFacePonia are unaware of any Mexican navigation system manufacturers. As a result, this may not result in a big money outlay. We did however determine the Root Cause of Kamala it is something called DEI.
