President Trump earned a TKO in his June debate against President Biden. That was shadowboxing.

Trump can defend his belt against Vice President Harris with some precision power punching beginning with her ascension to the nomination.

The conventional wisdom is bringing up Biden’s departure gains Trump nothing which befits the old saw that conventional wisdom is conventionally wrong.

He need not obsess about Kamala’s perfidy when it came to Biden’s capacity but it is always worth pointing out your opponent’s candidacy is predicated on a lie when that is, in fact, the truth. It speaks to both character and judgment.

When Kamala told Aaron Ross Sorkin in that exchange that she wasn’t lying, we now know she was either lying about the amount of time she spent with Biden or lying about his condition or both.

If George Clooney could pick up on Biden’s incapacitation in passing at a fundraiser, it strains the bounds of credulity to their breaking point to believe Kamala was oblivious to it all in those many meetings in which she sat with the Boss of Wilmington, Delaware’s, most notorious crime family.

In short, Kamala’s candidacy was based on a lie she told on behalf of Biden until it was time to tell lies on behalf of herself.

Trump tenders her up for the KO by politically jabbing her with this as soon as the bell rings.

That then sets up power punches to her deceptive campaign and radical philosophy.

Trump needs to maintain ring generalship and press her to explain why she changed her positions on: abolishing ICE, closing immigration detention centers, providing taxpayer-funded health care for illegal immigrants, banning fracking and any other major issue she does a one-eighty on between now and the debate. Yes, people can change their minds. Let’s hear the explanations as to why she did issue-by-issue.

This gets Kamala off balance by getting her off script. She’s going to either have to regurgitate canned responses which will come off as such or think on her feet which is normally where she drops her hands, drops her “g’s” and exposes her weak chin with a cackle.

Once Trump establishes Kamala’s preternatural dishonesty, then it’s time to finish the fight by exposing who she really is.

She is a cipher for the radical Leftists who constitute the power center of the New Bolshevik Party just as was Obama and just as was Biden–and so is her oafish corner man, Tim Walz.

Trump might query Kamala about things apparatchiks say like, for example, Walz’s statement that “one man’s socialism is another man’s neighborliness.”

Trump might also question Kamala about Walz’s anti-meritocratic attack on America by way of JD Vance.

These are remarkable tells as to the dependency-pushing, government-centric agenda Harris and Walz have for America in which the state is to be the provider of all things except your safety.

If Trump can maintain the discipline of presenting as a pragmatic problem-solver retrospectively and prospectively while avoiding the wild, identitarian swings Kamala is bound to take, he can walk her down by hitting her on her mendacity and then exposing for whom she truly fights to finish her off.
