The Democrat Party is trying to paint Tim Walz as a military hero to gain interest from rural America.

But working-class Americans know a fraud when they see one.

And now American Veterans are coming out of the woodwork to expose Tim Walz’ stolen valor lies.

Walz says he’s proof hunters can vote for “common sense” gun control

Vice President Kamala Harris has tapped Minnesota Democrat Governor Tim Walz as her running mate for the 2024 Presidential election. 

Now, their only job is to sell Walz as a “folksy” midwestern high school teacher and coach who served in the military and loves to hunt. 

But there are some problems with that facade.

In a resurfaced video from August 2023, Walz was seen speaking to a group about gun control, and he says even as an Army Veteran and hunter, he’s “been voting for common sense legislation.” 

“I’ve spent 25 years in the Army, and I hunt. . .[but] I’ve been voting for common sense legislation that protects the Second Amendment,” he said.

But when Walz says he supports “common sense legislation that protects the Second Amendment,” he really just means he supports Democrats’ gun control agenda, as he’s proven with his votes in Congress and throughout his time as Minnesota’s Governor.

The Democrat Governor said himself, “We can make sure those weapons of war, that I carried in war, are only carried in war.”

“No one quits. . . except him”

The video quickly went viral on social media, but it wasn’t helping Kamala’s campaign. 

People were accusing him of “stolen valor” for falsely portraying himself as having gone into active combat in a warzone.

And even worse, he has been accused of purposely dodging deployment to Iraq in 2005 so he could run for Congress instead.

Two retired guardsmen published an open letter to social media explaining everything. 

“On May 16th, 2005, he quit, betraying his country, leaving the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion and its soldiers hanging. . .” they wrote.

The veterans said that Walz conveniently stepped down for a Senate run as his battalion “prepared for war.” 

It took over four months for Walz to be “reduced to Master Sergeant,” and the veterans say it was due to the unprecedented nature of his departure.

“It took a while for the system to catch up to him as it was uncharted territory, literally no one quits in the position he was in, or drops out of the academy. Except him,” they wrote.

They say it makes him a “traitor.”

But they’re not the only veterans standing up to Walz.

“He dropped out of the Army and allowed his unit to go without him”

Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH), a Marine Corps Veteran and former President Donald Trump running mate, took time during a Michigan campaign stop to address the issue. 

The Republican Senator said, “When the United States of America asked me to go to Iraq to serve my country, I did it.” 

“I did what they asked me to do, and I did it honorably and I’m very proud of that service,” he added.

But Vance says Walz hardly served honorably.

“When Tim Walz was asked by his country to go to Iraq, you know what he did? He dropped out of the Army and allowed his unit to go without him,” he said, condemning Walz.
