A 16-year-old girl ominously texted her family saying that two men kidnapped her outside a Brooklyn subway station — and she hasn’t been seen since, police said.
The teen, who has not been named, messaged her family at around 3 p.m. Tuesday, telling them she had been forced into a car by the men outside the Pitkin Avenue-Van Siclen Avenue “A and C” subway station, cops said.
She was last seen minutes earlier entering the station, according to authorities.
The girl was captured in surveillance images released by the NYPD near the turnstile area.
She is described as having a light complexion, brown hair, and brown eyes.
She is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and was last seen wearing a black-hooded shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, and carrying a gray purse, according to the surveillance.
The NYPD has asked for the public’s assistance in locating the missing girl.
