Donalds highlighted that the RNC is now working closely with the Trump campaign and both have "emerged their operations into a singular vessel."
In March, former RNC chair Ronna McDaniel was ousted after years of poor performance and replaced by Michael Whatley, with Lara Trump as his co-chair. This, Donalds explained, is a promising step forward to ramping up data collection, grassroots door-knocking and phone calling. He said it will also pave the way for having strong legal defenses against "crazy Democrat attorneys who are going to try to change the rules of the game at the last minute, something that they do all the time."
Donalds encouraged listeners to volunteer for these operations, adding that volunteers will "actually be put to work in an action-oriented fashion" and that he has "complete confidence in Michael Whatley, that he's going to be able to get that job done."
Posobiec reiterated that Trump's noticeable popularity in the polls is easily explained by the comparison of quality of life under his administration versus the Biden administration. "I know what life is like now, I know what life was like four years ago, and I know which one I'm going to pick," he said.
He continued: "And I have to think that in that sense, the lawfare has backfired."
Donalds agreed completely, adding that "Americans recognize that as being completely unfair, completely political and they're going to reject it. That's what's happened ... coupled with the fact that Joe Biden is the very worst president."
"And now America really has the Pepsi taste challenge for the United States presidency. Who did a better job, 45 or 46? It's without question, it was 45. And that I believe, is why he's gonna become 47 this November," Donalds concluded.
