For a party that pretends to ‘defend democracy’ Joe sure spends a lot of time pretending he’s a king.

This latest example of Biden making unilateral decisions about US policy in open defiance of constitutional restraints is his announcement about withholding weapons to Israel that they’ve already paid for, despite existing legislation providing for those transfers of weapons.

Mark Levin horsewhips Joe about as well as anyone has yet in this clip, with some of the biggest hits scored on how Biden has acted in open defiance of the law.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

On his radio show, he took it even further. If SCOTUS rules against Trump in presidential immunity, Mark has offered to help write indictments for Joe Biden as soon as he’s out of office.

After all, if the left can invent bogus charges to throw at Trump, then why shouldn’t Biden face the consequences of legitimate criminal indictments?
