This was a live game of a different kind.
A claw machine in Pennsylvania got really wild — thanks to a wily woodchuck who weaseled his way inside.
The rotund rodent did a poor job at blending in with the colorful stuffed animals inside the machine at the Meadows Family Fun Mini Golf course in Duncansville, prompting “startled” workers to call in an animal expert, the state’s Game Commission said in a Facebook post Tuesday.
Photos show the adventurous varmint peeking through the mound of soft toys and checking itself out in the machine’s mirror.
State Game Warden Salvatore Zaffuto unlocked the machine and helped the lost critter safely get out — and back to nature where it belongs.
The groundhog was not harmed.
