Disney’s constant pandering to the “woke” culture has left many feeling disillusioned. After years of promoting radical values, the public is yearning for a return to the Disney of old. Moviegoers want the Disney that championed traditional family values, the Disney that left a lasting legacy.
People want characters like Mickey Mouse and Snow White, not Mickey Mouse trying to transition genders and become Snow White. Consider the data.
According to Rasmussen Reports, most want Disney to return to “its family-friendly roots.” A recent Rasmussen poll revealed a strong public sentiment: 71% of American adults believe that Disney should return to “wholesome programming,” allowing parents to decide when their children are introduced to topics such as sexuality. This sentiment was echoed by 53% of respondents who ”strongly agreed with the statement.” It’s clear that the public is calling for a return to the Disney of yesteryear, rejecting the current version as a corruption of its legacy.
Simply put, people want to make Disney great again — and with good reason.
Consider what Karey Burke, president of Disney’s General Entertainment Content, said about two years ago. Regarding the characters in Disney’s catalog, Burke said that there were “many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories.”
Walt Disney must be rolling over in his grave.
Nevertheless, most would not agree with Burke’s comments. Rasmussen found that 54% of the public “believe such programming is not appropriate for children under 12.”

Disney was meant to be a wholesome place to take the family. However, its entertainment has been infiltrated by agenda-driven, left-wing activists, who have corrupted every aspect of the company. Disney has gone from a wholesome entertainment empire to an indoctrination studio meant to influence the nation’s most vulnerable minds into embracing left-wing socio-cultural values.
Disney rose to prominence because it provided good, clean, wholesome stories that appealed to families worldwide. It wasn’t a propaganda tool that weaponized animated cartoons as indoctrination tools. That is the Disney people know and love. And according to the recent Rasmussen poll, that is the Disney that people want back.
