In the wake of President Joe Biden’s decision to not accept the Democratic nomination for the 2024 presidential race and throw his support behind Kamala instead, many Republicans have sounded off on VP Kamala Harris for not warning about President Biden’s much-diminished cognitive health earlier on in his presidency, when it was obvious that his cognitive health had diminished. Among those who did so was Trump lawyer Alinna Habba.

As a reminder, President Biden, announcing his decision to drop out and support Kamala on X, wrote, “My fellow Democrats, I have decided not to accept the nomination and to focus all my energies on my duties as President for the remainder of my term. My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year. Democrats — it’s time to come together and beat Trump. Let’s do this.”

Speaking to a cheering crowd at a Trump campaign rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Trump lawyer, and senior re-election campaign advisor Alinna Habba spoke out about Trump’s alleged criminal misdeeds and VP Harris, supporting Trump and sounding off on VP Harris’s judgment in not warning the country of Biden’s diminished cognitive health, saying that Harris is the real criminal.

Commenting on Trump’s love of America and the attempts to hold him criminally liable for past misdeeds, Habba said something she has said before, which is all that he has done is love America very much. She said, “President Trump has been and is innocent of any crime other than loving this country.”

Habba then accused VP Harris of committing a crime in not warning about President Biden’s mental state, saying, “Let me tell you, Kamala. You are committing a crime because the only co-conspirator I know of the Biden-Harris administration is you, and you have lied to us about President Biden for the last three and a half years.”

Continuing, Habba commented on policies of Kamala’s, saying that they are the same as the Biden Administration and are ones that do not work. She said, “The truth always comes out. So let me just tell you, America. Her policies are the same ones we’ve been living in for three and a half years, so don’t get it twisted. They don’t work.”

Habba has used the line about Trump’s only crime being loving America before. Speaking at the Republican National Convention, she said, “Every attack on President Trump only strengthens our movement. The left’s madness is only a sign of desperation. Sham indictments and baseless allegations will not deter us because the only crime President Trump has committed is loving America.”

She also shared an incredible story about how Trump “lifts up those around him,” noting that he does so with her children by letting them ride in the golf cart with him and famous golfers, which they love. She said, “he’s the man with one heck of a golf swing that lets them ride in a golf cart with some of the world’s most famous golfers so they feel included in mom’s job.”
