Michael W. Wiseman was arrested on Friday in Florida after being accused of making threats against Donald Trump and his running mate JD Vance, as well as the two men's families. The Jupiter, Fla. police said that he was arrested on charges of written threats to kill, namely social media posts.
Thee threats were allegedly made on Facebook and Wiseman was reportedly in custody at the Palm Beach County Jail as of Friday night. Police said that there were multiple threats made, via the Facebook social media platform, and that these threats were "concering bodily harm" to the Trump and Vance families, as well. Jupiter is some 20 miles north of Trump's home in Palm Beach.

Many who saw the posts on Facebook reported them to police. The investigation was carried out in a coordinated effort between the Secret Service and the Palm Beach State Attorney's Office, per police, per the AP.
