Despite the evidence staring them straight in the face, one third of Democrats actually believe that attempt on Trump’s life was staged. Clips like this don’t help.
According to new poll, one-third of Democrats believe that the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump at a Butler, Pennsylvania, rally last Saturday was staged.
The Morning Consult poll found 34% of surveyed Democratic voters thought it was either definitely or probably credible that Trump staged the shooting. Only 45% found that theory implausible. — DailyWire
The shooting was televised, took place in front of a live audience. It resulted in two fatalities and two hospitalizations.
Even one of the left’s favorite ‘fact-check’ sites has taken on some of these conspiracies, including the question about the injury to Trump’s ear.

Despite years of lecturing about misinformation and disinformation from the usual sources on the left, the Blue-Anon crowd is still falling for hoaxes. Where is all their bogus information coming from?

But the tip of the misinformation spear, as usual, was the left’s own media sources.
