A recent Associated Press poll indicated that over two-thirds of Democrats want Joe Biden to drop out of the race.

Polls also show Donald Trump leading in all seven swing states.

And CNN’s John King said five words about the Presidential race that Joe Biden refuses to accept.

President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats appear to be in trouble.

There are just over 100 days left until voters head to the polls on November 5.

Biden was already trailing former President Donald Trump nationally and in key battleground states even before the attempted assassination. 

Trump’s reaction in the face of death won the hearts and minds of many Americans who were previously undecided.

After a bullet ripped through his ear and only missed his temple by inches, a defiant Trump rose to his feet, pumped his fist to the crowd and told them to “fight, fight, fight!”

Since the shooting just happened on July 13, it will be another week or so before polling data comes out showing what impact the attempted assassination had on the race.

But the limited data already available indicates that Trump is polling strong.

A survey conducted by HarrisX and Forbes that covered two days after the assassination attempt indicated that Trump is leading Biden, 45-42, at the national level.

When third-party candidates are included, Trump’s lead is 43-39.

But the survey also found Trump with a whopping 10-point lead over Biden amongst Independents, 55-45.

This is bad news for Biden.

He has no record of accomplishments to run on this fall.

The overwhelming majority of Americans agree that he is too old and senile to serve another term as President.

And his lawfare strategy backfired.

Of course, Biden rejected calls for him to drop out of the race because he believes he is the only one who can defeat Trump.

Biden may be ignoring reality, but even Democrats’ media allies can see the writing on the wall.

On Monday’s episode of CNN’s The Situation Room, host John King did not mince words when discussing the state of the Presidential race.

“New numbers out today—more bad news for the President,” he said. “If this map played out and the election were today and the map played out like this, even if the tossups went blue, Donald Trump would win the election.”

King noted that Trump now leads Biden in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nebraska.

“And there’s new polling today that shows the President’s approval rating in these battleground states is below 40,” King said. “The president’s ballot number right now is below 40 in most of those states. And it’s a 42 in Nevada. It’s very hard.”

He warned that Biden’s numbers on his age and the state of the economy are “very bad for the President right now.”

King concluded with five words about Donald Trump that Joe Biden will not accept.

“Donald Trump is in command,” he said. “The numbers are getting worse for the President.”
