Joe Biden’s inner circle fights to save his re-election campaign

President Joe Biden’s re-election was plunged into turmoil after he fell flat on his face for 90 straight minutes during the debate.

Suddenly, Democrats’ media allies had grown hostile to him because they wanted him to end his campaign.

A movement in the Democrat Party began to try to force him out of the race that included the likes of Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and former President Barack Obama.

First Lady Jill Biden is insistent that her husband will stay in the race and has effectively become the top decision-maker in the Biden regime post-debate.

Some of Biden’s aides are trying to find a way to get the First Lady and the tight inner circle she and President Biden are relying upon to change course and get the Democrat President to drop out because they don’t believe he can win.

“The distance between the inner circle and the next ring out,” a Biden campaign source told Politico, who described it as “a big, big gulf.”

Biden’s campaign has used friendly interviews and a teleprompter-assisted press conference to try to rebuild confidence in the Democrat President’s capabilities after the debate.

Biden’s re-election campaign might be at the point of no return

Biden’s campaign could be locked in a downward spiral that he can’t recover from after the debate.

“The possibility looms that a steadily rising stream of unfavorable polls, adverse news stories, and withdrawn support from fellow Democrats is about to become a flood. No president’s political support has seemed so fragile since the closing days of Richard Nixon’s presidency in the summer of 1974, when a 32-year-old Biden was just two years into his first term as the senator from Delaware,” Politico reported.

None of Biden’s inner circle or top campaign advisors have discussed the idea of dropping out of the race.

High-level campaign staff are becoming convinced that Biden can’t right the ship.

“You name a campaign senior staffer and they are all in the same place, which is, that this is untenable,” a Democrat strategist told Politico.

Jill Biden and Hunter Biden still believe that the Democrat President is the only Democrat capable of defeating former President Donald Trump.

The First Lady wants Joe Biden to stay in the race because she believes that if he drops out, his Presidency will forever be defined by the debate.

Lobbying from the Biden campaign to get Democrats back on board after the debate hasn’t delivered so far after a series of lackluster public appearances by Biden.

An advisor to House Democrats told Politico that “it feels like no one is ever going to forget the debate so it doesn’t matter what he does. I don’t think there’s anything he can do to bring people back into the fold.”

Joe Biden’s campaign is in the worst possible place as it limps toward the Democrat National Convention in August.
