That’s why there’s been a flood of stories post-debate from Democrats’ media allies that portray him as old and senile.

Biden regime staffers admitted to Axios that Biden really only works a part-time schedule between the hours of 10 A.M. and 4 P.M.

Any time he’s forced to do something outside that window, he struggles cognitively, as evidenced by the many times he’s frozen, stumbled, and malfunctioned during the debate.

The New York Times reported that Biden told Democrat Governors after the debate that he needed to avoid events after 8:00 p.m., sleep more, and work less.

But the world doesn’t stop so the President can go to bed at 8.

In fact, it raises the question of who exactly is in charge with Biden working so few hours.

Karine Jean-Pierre asked who runs the country after 8 p.m.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has been getting grilled by an increasingly hostile press about Biden’s mental and physical condition.

The revelation that the President is in bed at 8:00 p.m. led to an interesting question from Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy.

“We know the President says that his health is fine, but it’s just his brain and that he’s sharpest before 8 p.m.,” Doocy asked.

A nervous Jean-Pierre tried to downplay Biden’s remark as a joke.

“He was joking,” Jean-Pierre replied. “I just wanna make sure that that’s out there. People– he was making a light-hearted joke as he was speaking off-the-cuff. You know the President. He likes to joke a lot. He’s the same guy who says, ‘I know I look 40,’ right? So, he likes to make jokes. It is a joke. I think people laugh when he says it.”

Doocy hit her with a hypothetical situation.

“Well, he also said he’s sharpest before 8 p.m. So, say that the Pentagon at some point picks up an incoming nuke. It’s 11 pm Who do you call – the First Lady?” Doocy wondered.

“He has a team that lets him know of any news that is pertinent and important to the American people,” Jean-Pierre said. “He has someone, or that is decided obviously in this National Security Council who gets to tell him that news.”

The evidence that’s come out after the debate suggests that unelected elites within the Biden regime – potentially even including First Lady Jill Biden – are actually running the country.

Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) said that the First Lady often joined the Democrat President for meetings.

“When the First Lady is in these meetings, is she making decisions or is she just advising the President?” Doocy asked.

A perturbed Jean-Pierre said no.

No one is quite sure who is running the country with Joe Biden in the White House.
