A battle is going on behind closed doors in the Democrat Party about Joe Biden’s future.

Now the embattled President is discovering how few friends he has in Congress. 

And Joe Biden was blindsided when a Fox News host revealed this awful reality he’s facing. 

Fox News host couldn’t find a single person to defend Joe Biden

The debate over President Joe Biden’s political future began in the Democrat Party before the CNN debate concluded.

Democrat donors and politicians began leaking info to their media allies about the debate taking place in the Party over him continuing his campaign.

A few Congressional Democrats have even come forward and called on Biden to drop out of the race.

But reports indicate there are many more who feel the same way but haven’t yet gone public.

Fox News Sunday host Shannon Bream went looking for a Democrat to come on her program to defend Biden.

She looked far and wide, but not a single Democrat was willing to appear and defend the Democrat President.

“Before we get to our guests, I want you, the viewers at home, to know something,” Bream said. “Our team has spent days reaching out to dozens of lawmakers and Biden advocates and allies. We’ve had numerous interactions with the Biden-Harris campaign.”

“But not a single potential guest was either able or willing to join us on today’s show to defend the President and his decision to stay on the ticket,” she continued. “So we will be having a conversation without that voice — which we have been working around the clock to avoid.”

Fox News is obviously hostile territory for Democrats, but Bream is a rather even-handed host on her Sunday show.

Not one Democrat was willing to put their face on TV to defend Biden’s decision to stay in the race.

Biden’s support in the Democrat Party might not be as strong as he or anyone thinks.

Fox News Sunday had no issues finding a Democrat who believes Biden has to step aside.

Democrat warns that Joe Biden can drag down vulnerable Democrats

Former Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) was one of the first prominent Democrats to call on Biden to drop out of the race after the debate.

He told Bream that more of his former colleagues in the House would come out against Biden.

“From what I’m hearing from rank and file members of Congress, you saw a couple come out this weekend, Angie Craig, who’s in a swing district up in Minnesota — Minnesota is now in play,” Ryan said. “I think you’re gonna see a significant amount of pressure — whether it’s today or tomorrow, sometime this week — as the members come back that this may be untenable for them to all want to run under a Biden ticket, because it’s going to be it’s going to drag everybody else down.”

Ryan said that Democrat donors, activists, and elected officials were telling him they’re “very, very concerned” about Biden staying in the race.

Joe Biden could be fighting for his political life until the Democratic National Convention in late August.
