Michelle Obama had a falling out with the Biden family

Former President Barack Obama has been ramping up his involvement in President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign.

He’s appeared at several star-studded fundraisers for Biden, cut fundraising appeals and videos, and met with young social media influencers to encourage them to throw their weight behind the President.

Obama and Biden have had a tense relationship at times, but everything is water under the bridge to keep Democrats in power.

One person who hasn’t been active on the campaign trail this year is one of the most popular figures in the Democrat Party, former First Lady Michelle Obama.

She had a falling out with the Biden clan over Hunter Biden’s ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle.

Buhle was one of her friends, and Hunter’s bitter divorce from her caused a rift between them.

Hunter Biden wrote in his memoir that Buhle and Michelle Obama were “close” during the Obama Presidency, and “worked out together at the gym and often had evening cocktails at the White House, at both formal and informal events.”

He wrote in his memoir that he was angry at the Obama campaign for making him quit a job as a lobbyist in 2008 when his dad was picked to be the Vice Presidential candidate. 

“I once again had huge expenses and no savings, and now I had to bust my a** to build another career from scratch,” Hunter wrote. 

Buhle and Hunter Biden divorced in 2017 when he was at the depths of his addiction to drugs like crack cocaine.

She wrote a 2022 memoir – released by the same publisher as Michelle Obama – that aired dirty laundry about Hunter and the Biden family that left them upset.

Barack Obama thinks the Biden family is really messed up

Barack Obama attended a fundraiser in 2017 for the Beau Biden Foundation in Wilmington, Delaware.

Beau Biden, the President’s oldest son, died in 2015 of brain cancer.

“The fundraiser featured much of the Biden family at a time when Hunter Biden, who was recently divorced from Buhle, was dating Beau’s widow, Hallie Biden. After the event, the former president privately described the Biden family dynamics there as ‘weird s**t,’ a person familiar with his remarks told Axios,” Axios reported.

Biden’s family is reportedly pushing to keep him in the Presidential race after his alarming CNN debate performance.

But his family has proven to be a dysfunctional mess.

His two adult children, Hunter and Ashley, battled drug addiction. 

Hunter dated his brother’s widow and got her addicted to crack.

Even Obama was alarmed at the internal family dynamics of the Bidens.

Former President Donald Trump is routinely attacked by Democrats and their media allies for being an awful person.

But he’s one of the few celebrities and politicians to have successful, well-adjusted kids who still support him.
