This week, President Joe Biden highlighted his administration’s support for access to abortion while making fun of former President Donald Trump’s “God Bless the USA” Bible.

Biden angrily denounced the state’s newly implemented six-week abortion restriction while on the campaign trail in Tampa, Florida, asserting that Trump’s nomination of three Supreme Court judges, who ultimately voted to overturn the historic Roe v. Wade abortion decision from 1973, was the sole reason for its implementation.

“Trump claimed credit for overturning Roe v. Wade and boasted about how happy he was about it. He stated that women who exercise their right to choose must face “penalty.” In response to jeers from the crowd, Biden clarified, “His words, not mine.”

“He called the Dobbs choice a’miracle.'” Laughing from the audience, Biden went on, “Maybe it is from that Bible he is trying to sell.” “Whoa. I was on the verge of purchasing one to see what was in it.

“People, that was no miracle.” To repeal Roe v. was a political compromise, according to Biden. “He struck a political bargain with the Republican Party’s evangelical base, asking them to overlook his moral shortcomings in exchange for his pledge to select justices to the Supreme Court who would overturn Roe.

Whether Trump acknowledged it or not, Biden said he was “making the deal right now with MAGA radicals” to implement a national abortion ban. Trump has stated that he would like to leave abortion laws up to the state level and does not favor a federal ban, despite assertions by liberals to the contrary.

During a different appearance in Florida, Biden made the cross for no apparent reason, while a speaker bemoaned the six-week abortion ban.
