Some Republicans are leading in Congressional races that are still too close to call.

Republican support is on the rise throughout California, according to data published by the Secretary of State.

California’s most populated counties on the coast demonstrated their historical support for the Democratic ticket, while Republican President-elect Donald Trump enjoyed support in the inland counties.

Nonetheless, Trump made considerable headway throughout the state compared with 2020.

In the 2024 election, Trump received 39 percent of the vote in California, while Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris garnered 59 percent, according to unofficial preliminary results on Nov. 10. In contrast, Trump received 34 percent of the vote in 2020, versus 64 percent for Joe Biden.
