A TikTokker doled out extreme advice to American women in wake of Donald Trump’s reelection — including to leave their hubbies if they voted for the Republican because they’re “in danger.”

The woman, who goes by the handle @kaybeecees, also implored women to not get pregnant and delete the apps that track their period in the 6-minute rant that’s racked up more than 112,000 likes.

“I took the morning to grieve. That’s all the time we had, now is your time to start making a plan,” she said.

In the video titled “Women – take these steps,” she proceeded to offer other American women a long list of to-dos supposedly aimed at protecting their safety and reproductive autonomy under a second Trump presidency.

One of her more hardline pieces of advice was for women to leave their male partners if they voted “differently” from them in the election.

“If he voted for that man, you need to leave him. You need to leave him,” she insisted.

“I know you love him, I know you think he can change…but especially if you are married to him, you are in danger right now. You are in a lot of danger,” she said.

The creator – who said in a prior video that she lived in rural Alabama – admitted that this extreme take was “just (her) opinion,” but also cautioned her single viewers against getting married in the near future.

“If you do, get a really, really strong prenup, but I can’t promise you that that’s going to be honored,” she cautioned.

“It’s possible in the future that you’re not gonna be allowed to divorce him,” she added, seemingly referring to right-wing attacks on no-fault divorce.

She also warned her viewers against getting pregnant – even saying that her own dream of having a family disappeared “forever” due to Trump’s election.

The video urged women to delete their period tracking apps – echoing concerns that emerged in the wake of the Dobbs decision in 2022 and six-week abortion bans in some states.

According to some critics, the data in the apps could supposedly be used to criminalize women for abortions – or even miscarriages.

The TikTokker recommended that women invest in self-defense classes or “carry” a weapon so that they “don’t get [raped].”

Despite the drastic advice in the video, the woman also claimed that she was not trying to get her viewed “to panic.”

“I’m just being very real, we are having a heart-to-heart right now. I need you to hear me,” she said.

“I know it’s gonna be OK … because we’re going to make sure it’s gonna be OK.”

Many of the TikTokker’s concerns reflected parts of Project 2025, the 900-page agenda put forth by conservative think tank Heritage Foundation which Trump has distanced himself from.

Project 2025’s key ideas include gutting abortion access nationwide, mass deportations and rolling back protections for trans people.

@KayBeeCees did a follow-up video Thursday answering some questions that came up in response to the first clip.

“The worst men among us have now been emboldened,” she said, referring to Trump’s victory over Kamala Harris on election night.

“You can absolutely expect [rape] and [domestic violence] to increase nationwide” under Trump’s leadership, she predicted.
