Rudy Giuliani brazenly rolled up to a Florida polling site Tuesday in the vintage Mercedes he’s been ordered to surrender to Georgia election workers he defamed.

The former New York City mayor, who wore a US flag print shirt and FDNY hat, wielded a selfie stick from the passenger seat of the blue convertible 1980 Model SL500, which was once owned by Hollywood icon Lauren Bacall.

His cameo to watch former President Donald Trump vote at the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center in Palm Beach came a day after a Manhattan judge ordered Giuliani to come to court to explain why he’s blown though his deadline to turn over assets.

Giuliani, 80, has been ordered to fork over the luxury car, his three-bedroom Upper East Side apartment, New York Yankees memorabilia and other possessions to election workers Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea “Shaye” Moss.

But the octogenarian — who touted himself as a “law and order” Big Apple mayor while serving from 1994 to 2001 — has flouted the court’s ruling that he turn over the property by Oct. 29, a lawyer for the election workers wrote in a filing Monday.

Giuliani also cleared out the valuables that the workers are entitled to from his East 66th St. digs before movers for the receivership — a court-appointed entity controlled by Freeman and Moss — visited the apartment on Oct. 31, court papers claim.

“Save for some rugs, a dining room table, some stray pieces of small furniture and inexpensive wall art, and a handful of smaller items like dishes and stereo equipment, the apartment has been emptied of all of its contents,” attorney Aaron Nathan wrote.

The lawyer added that Giuliani is refusing to provide information on where his valuables are currently being stored.

Manhattan federal judge Lewis Liman has ordered Giuliani to appear in person at a hearing Thursday at 12 p.m. to address the claims.

Giuliani tried to wriggle out of appearing in person by claiming that he needed to be at his Palm Beach home on Thursday night to record a radio broadcast — but Liman rejected that request and reiterated that he needs to show in person, court records show.

Ted Goodman, a spokesperson for Giuliani, told The Post in an email Tuesday that the former mayor’s lawyers “have requested documentation to transfer over the title” of the Mercedes, but “haven’t heard back” from Freeman and Moss’ attorneys.

Giuliani falsely claimed that Freeman and Moss tried to cheat Trump out of the 2020 presidential election that the ex-president lost — in lies that led to “terrifying” mobs of his supporters gathering at Freeman’s home, she testified at a December 2023 trial in Washington, DC federal court.

A jury ordered Giuliani to pay the two women $148 million in damages, but they are expected to receive far less, given that the ex-mayor reported having $10.6 million in assets when he filed for bankruptcy late last year. Giuliani also plans to appeal the damages verdict.

He admitted in an Oct. 30 interview with The Post that he planned to refuse to turn over at least one of the assets he’s been ordered to surrender: his autographed Joe DiMaggio jersey.

“He told me he was leaving it to me because I was his hero because of how I crushed the organization he hated more than anything else in the world: the Mafia,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani also claimed in the interview that he did “nothing wrong,” and blamed the seeking of his assets on President Biden — despite the fact that the case is a civil matter between private parties, rather than a federal prosecution from the Justice Department.

“The seeking of it proves how punitive Biden is being to me,” he griped.

Giuliani’s spokesman said Tuesday that the case is “yet another attempt to render Mayor Rudy Giuliani—a man who has improved the lives of more people than almost any other living American—penniless and homeless.

“The weaponization of our once-sacred justice system should concern every American, regardless of partisan political affiliation,” the statement adds.
