"Today is the day the republic is on the line," he said, on Tuesday's episode of his show, Human Events Daily. Posobiec said politics has taken over the discourse in the United States and that though he, and most of his viewers, would likely be dealing with something else in their lives, the pervasiveness of politics makes that impossible. He noted, too, that parents have been galvanized by dangerous Democrat policies in education.
"Today is the day we finally get to do something and respond," he said. "You took away our jobs. You took away our towns. You took away everything, but what did we have left? Our right to vote, our right to say how we want our government to be run, how we want all of this to be run."
He encouraged viewers to go vote, "to get in line and stay in line," and reminded them not to wear political slogans to the ballot box, as that is illegal and considered electioneering in many places. There's been high turn out in the rural areas of Pennsylvania, Posobiec said, as well as in suburban areas.
"Today is the day that we take back America. Today is the day we save the republic."
"There's one person who isn't going to be voting today," Posobiec said, reminding viewers of the life that was lost in Butler, PA on July 13 when an attempt was made on Trump's life. "That man who won't be voting in Pennsylvania today," he said, calling him one of the greatest Pennsylvanians of all time.
He encouraged people to "make sure his sacrifice was not in vain." Comperatore shielded his family from gunfire during that rally and lost his life in the process.
