Democrats terrified Hunter’s legal woes lead back to Joe Biden

President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, was convicted by a federal jury in Delaware on three felonies related to lying about his illegal drug use on the federal background check forum for a 2018 handgun purchase.

Democrats and their media allies celebrated the conviction, claiming it was somehow a sign that the justice system was impartial and working just fine.

But the gun conviction was a distraction from the much larger, much more corrupt influence-peddling scheme that the Biden crime family orchestrated, which evidence has indicated could very well lead all the way back to President Biden.

Prior to the conviction, Hunter was set to receive a sweetheart plea deal from the Biden Justice Department that would have prevented him from ever serving any jail time while also somehow receiving blanket immunity from any future prosecutions – whether they were related to those crimes or any other possible crime, including the aforementioned influence-peddling scheme.

The deal fell apart when a federal Judge presiding over his case cried foul.

Now, Hunter is once again headed to trial in a federal court in California this September over three additional felonies and six misdemeanors related to his more than $1 million in unpaid taxes.

The Biden Justice Department will likely try to deliver another sweetheart plea deal to save the President’s son.

Fox News legal analyst warns Hannity of legal shenanigans from Merrick Garland

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett sounded the alarm on another potential attempt to save President Biden’s son during an appearance on Fox News’ Hannity.

He said that Special Counsel David Weiss and Biden Attorney General Merrick could “conjure up” another “sweetheart deal” for Hunter to prevent the case from potentially leading back to the Democrat President.

Fox News’ Sean Hannity asked Jarrett about the potential for Hunter’s infamous “laptop from hell” to come back to haunt the President.

“You’re right, the Biden’s are still getting away with their most serious suspected crimes — corrupt foreign influence peddling — thanks to the protection racket run by Joe Biden’s DOJ,” Jarrett said. “So it was so revolting today to watch David Weiss take a victory lap in front of cameras.”

Weiss has led the investigation into Hunter Biden since 2018 as Delaware U.S. Attorney before he was appointed Special Counsel by Garland.

“This is the guy who struck the sleazy deal to let Hunter Biden skate and only when it imploded was Weiss forced kicking and screaming to prosecute it. But he’s still running interference,” Jarrett added. 

Weiss slow-walked the investigation into Hunter’s crimes, which let the statute of limitations for potential crimes that occurred while his father was Vice President Biden expire.

“He charged Hunter with evading taxes on tens of millions in overseas pay-to-play schemes, but not the enrichment schemes themselves — which are bigger crimes, the selling out of America,” Jarrett explained. “Don’t forget it was Weiss who let the statute of limitations expire on many of those crimes while he and the DOJ secretly scuttled the investigation to shield Joe Biden.”

Jarrett predicted that Garland and Weiss would protect the Democrat President’s re-election campaign at all costs.

“Weiss, I tell you is not done yet. Don’t be surprised if he and Garland conjure up another sweetheart plea deal for Hunter on the eve of the trial to avoid embarrassing evidence of Joe’s corruption coming to life right before the upcoming election. It’ll happen I think,” Jarrett concluded.
