Sticker Mule will be hosting an "Election Day party" at the 100-foot-long "Vote for Trump" sign in the upstate New York city of Amsterdam. The party, which the company has said will be the "country's biggest," will be taking place under the largest "Vote for Trump" sign in the United States.
The event comes as the Amsterdam city government had ordered that the sign be taken down due to city ordinances earlier this month. However, a judge ordered that the sign could remain in its place on what was once called the old FOWNES building. The building had been used for manufacturing and was abandoned up until Sticker Mule bought it in 2019.
Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino said of the event happening next Tuesday, “I want to promote unity and do something historic by having both parties celebrate democracy together at a party for the people, by the people. It’s going to be the biggest election night party in America, everyone is invited, and it’s put on by real people; not career politicians."
Sticker Mule told The Post Millennial that attendees going to the event should expect appearances from local as well as national figures. Audio and video equipment will be set up to allow for real-time election updates as the night goes on and the event will kick off at 6 pm.
Constantino appeared earlier this month on Newsmax and told Greg Kelly that it is going to be "the biggest election night party in America in front of the sign, and we're gonna do something that's never been done before. We're inviting both the Democrats and the Republicans to celebrate together and show that people can be unified." Attendees have been told to RSVP online.
The company hosted an event on Oct. 7 where hundreds gathered in attendance to light up the sign. The CEO said of the legal battle with the city at the time, "Up until an hour ago, I was doing interviews, and I honestly didn't know what was going to happen tonight. I spent my day, to my surprise, talking to friends and family and UFC superstars, asking what to do. To my surprise, they all said, 'Go for it. Light the sign and spend a few days in jail.'"
